Christopher was also outstanding—he actually traveled to Illinois to pick up the truck for me, which shows the level of customer service they provide. I also want to recognize Jay and Tom in the service department. They helped me by getting some tires switched around and took great care of my previous truck. They completed several repairs for me, and I’ve always been happy with the quality of work and service I’ve received from their department. Tanner in finance was great to work with as well. He made the financing process straightforward and easy. Overall, I had an excellent experience from sales to service to finance. In the day of computers and phones acting like computers. These people have the best mix! Hands down! I was able to get info by text. Setup financing and setup a test drive via computer. But as it neared time to interact with humans, well I was pleasantly surprised. The whole team brought their A game today. Test drive, assement of my car, loan papers signed, and driving away in less than 2 hours. Why is this important? Because I have bought cars used and new. It took all day. From doors open to just before the door locked. I do not kid! I will be back even if it took 2 hours one way.
