2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Second lease on a Grand Cherokee. Different than my 2021 in many ways. The all wheel drive makes the steering more sensitive. Tricky parking brake and much smaller layout of gauges in dash. No Sirius satilitte radio. Seats are harder. Overall better than the 2021.

2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Besides the hefty amount of recalls in the first year, overall has been the best Jeep I’ve owned. Super comfortable, very reliable in weather conditions. Can sit in it for 6+ hours a day without my back hurting (I have a rod in my back). Traded a hellcat for more comfort. It was worth it. Probably best adult decision I’ve made. Does pretty well on gas. (3.6L) I get about 584 range, sometimes 598 depending on how traffic is. However the interior could have been constructed of better materials. (Steering wheel stitching came lose but covered under warranty). Had it since end of March 23 with 25k miles already. No huge issues, never had to worry about screen issues (like what I’ve heard about 21-22 models). I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for an upgrade from previous body style GC, bigger suv with legroom, and enjoyable drive. I test drove a RAV4, CR-V. Ended up buying a 23 Jeep. Most vehicles in the market don’t have the technology the Jeep has. Toyota is a few years behind (& the road noise is unbearable), CR-V doesn’t have enough pep in its step ( Also the interior gives off impoverished/ barely any enjoyable features and buttons. Jeep is perfect. I love how a lot of options are in the screen but also below the screen. Not too cluttered.

The work was completed in about 6 hours, which was a little longer than anticipated and quoted, but I was provided with two Uber vouchers which allowed me to travel to my office, work during the day, and then travel back to pick up the vehicle with no cost to me.

2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Purchased brand new after totalling out my Santa Fe XL. This has by far been one of the best vehicles I've owned. For as large as it is, its incredibly fuel efficient yet has plenty of power to tow my parents fish/ski boat. My only complaints are the factory Michelin's were trash in Minnesota and the interior "Cargo" area is significantly smaller than my previous Santa Fe's, but thats more of a personal opinion versus any design flaw. Ironically quite a few of my coworkers have JGC's as well and almost all of them have over 200k on them, I'm still at 65k. Not sure why they have a bad reputation in the auto world, but I'm certainly glad pleased with my choice, even 6 years later!

2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I was a Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 10 years.It was not a two thousand fifteen , it was older and it was a V8, not this V6 or those I4 4 cylinders. I actually got the vehicle from my brother, same color black leather interior sunroof I took over his payments and ended up paying it off. That was the strongest 4 wheel drive I'd ever owned, let alone driven up to that point that car was a Beast. I never got stuck one time in the snow here in Iowa.. The only thing I've noticed that has changed over the years is the emphasis on eliminating the V8 engine, which is totally wrong. Because I want something with power, those 4 cylinder SUVs, they ought to fire every single one of them engineers who decided to put a 4 cylinder engine in a heavy vehicle like that, and naturally, it's gonna burn oil, a 4 cylinder S. U. V. Is about like dancing with your sister. It screams, it wants to be like its Big Brother, the v6, and v8. I'm just glad we're not hearing more about these electric vehicles cause that was the biggest joke I've ever heard of they never have enough batteries to service them. If the industry went all electric bad, a joke, there'd be a lot of stranded vehicles on the interstates bring back the VA engine, take the crossover. I4. And drive him into the river , they're xxxx , they're junk

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I have that car and I’m happy with it. Yes it have some problems, need some care, you can just go to speedway and fuel up it would be your last fuel up with diesel on speedway. To previous review: I bought the car with 185000 miles. After I fuel up at speedway 😁, I sen car to dealership. They replace entire emission system with brand new. No problems after that. Just fuel up at good stations, I prefer Sheetz or BP or shell. About $300 oil changes: I do my oil changes by my self: 2, 5 quart oil canisters and $25 filter and it’s don for $75. I change oil every 5k miles. About fuel filters: I do it by myself too. So 2 filters on Amazon for $17-25 and you have done it for $35-50. I change them every 20k miles.

2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Bought the vehicle with 30,000 miles. Turned over 100,000 this week after four years. ZERO unplanned visits to the dealership. Just normal oil, filters, wipers. Since we tow a 3500-pound boat, decided to replace the brakes at 80,000 miles, turns out there was still plenty of material left. Infotainment screen developed minor delamination this spring. Was still working fine but decided to replace it anyway. Easy replacement job for $350 with YouTube help. Lowest maintenance vehicle we have ever owned.

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Even though the dealership is over an hour from our home, there is no question that this will be the first place we visit for our next vehicle purchase. Our appointment was scheduled just an hour before closing on a Saturday, and from the moment we walked in, our salesperson, Jordan Kabranov, made us feel welcome. Jordan was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Although they didn't have the exact color we wanted in stock, Jordan and General Manager Mike P. McKenna immediately went to work locating the perfect vehicle through a dealer trade. Jordan and Mike treated us with fairness and respect throughout the negotiation process and helped us arrive at a price that everyone felt comfortable with. Afterward, we met with Deb (Dagbhort Campbell) to discuss financing and warranty options. Deb was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain all of the available coverage plans. She helped us understand not only the extended warranty we were interested in, but also several additional protections we hadn't previously considered. She put together a package that provided excellent value and fit comfortably within our budget. We expected to return on Monday to pick up the vehicle after it arrived. However, Monday morning we received a call that the dealership they were trading with had unexpectedly sold the vehicle that had been promised to us. Naturally, we were concerned, but Jordan immediately assured us they would make it right. And they did. The entire team spent the day locating another vehicle that matched exactly what we wanted. We didn't have to do a thing. In fact, the replacement vehicle came with additional features that made it more expensive than the original one. Even so, Jordan and Mike told us that because the situation was not our fault, they would honor the original agreed-upon price. That level of integrity and customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. They even tracked down an accessory we had discussed purchasing separately and had it waiting for us when we arrived. The updated paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, making the entire process seamless. We brought our son along, as this vehicle was for him, and he had no idea we had already completed most of the purchase. The vehicle was washed, ready to go, and they even let him take a quick test drive before signing the final documents. It was a special moment for our family. We truly could not be happier with the team at Napleton Valley Hyundai. Every person we worked with listened to our needs, communicated honestly, and went above and beyond to overcome unexpected obstacles without creating any stress for us. This was a genuine team effort, and it showed every step of the way. Napleton Valley was not the first dealership we visited during our search, but they were by far the best. 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.
