Basically made a deal over the phone, even my trade which needed a major repair. He encouraged me not to have the repair done and gave me the most of any other dealers for my trade! When i got there, over 90 miles away, there was no surprises! He knew where I needed to be with my payment and that is the payment that I received. Very friendly staff. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016 Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.

The service manager is the best I have ever dealt with, he is honest, fair and helps me with any problems.
Tried to get a test drive during the first big snowfall of the year. WIth a little shuffling between salespeople, they were glad to pull out my car and let me take it around the block a few times. Came back a few days later to buy it and am now zipping along happily. Thanks Ben!
Ask for Mary Beth. She was wonderful. Didn't play games, got right to the point with price and knowledgeable on the cars and dealership. Call ahead for an appointment. They are busy and were short staffed the Tuesday we were there.
