The Jeep dealerships don't do body work on the vehicles. It has to be farmed out to a body shop....and this is across the board, not just this state.

So far it’s been fantastic… I have read some reviews and knock on wood… have not had any problems. I love everything the 4xe does… I am averaging 26 mpg. For a wrangler that’s fantastic!

Five stars isn’t enough. My wife and I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited Reserve 4x4 from Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and it was, without question, the best vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had. We’re seasoned Jeep buyers and have also purchased vehicles from other brands over the years. Having been through the process many times.. we’ve seen both the best and the worst (pushy sales & long office waiting games) of dealership experiences. Simply put, every previous experience pales in comparison to what we experienced at Marino. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt different. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to have us there. They even treated our two dogs like valued guests, which immediately set the tone. Our salesperson, Asher, was outstanding. He knew the product inside and out, answered every question with confidence, and somehow managed to be both incredibly professional and completely down-to-earth. There were no games, no pressure tactics, and no rehearsed sales pitches, just honest conversations and a genuine desire to help us find the right vehicle. His manager, Alec, was equally impressive. He respected our time, communicated clearly, and was always quick to return with answers or options. At no point were we left sitting around wondering what was happening next. The entire process moved efficiently without ever feeling rushed. In fact, when we arrived, the vehicle was already pulled up and ready for a test drive. From that moment to driving off the lot in our new Jeep, the entire process took just two hours. That’s virtually unheard of and speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers’ time. God bless them both. What impressed me most was that every interaction felt reasonable. They listened. They were transparent. They worked with us to put together a deal that made sense for everyone. In an industry that doesn’t always have the best reputation, Marino delivered an experience built on trust. The biggest surprise came as we were leaving when we happened to meet the owner. After spending a few minutes talking with him, everything clicked. The culture, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the customer-first mindset all made sense because it clearly starts at the top. He was gracious, appreciative, and genuinely thankful for our business. We arrived hoping to buy a vehicle. We left with a beautiful new Jeep, a great deal, and a level of confidence in the dealership that is increasingly rare today. Marino didn’t just sell us a car; they reminded us what great customer service looks like. This is how car buying should be.
2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

This dealer had the used car I was looking for. The car had the right mileage and a clean fax. The dealership was 1 hour 20 minutes away from me heavy traffic all the way. I figured I would call and ask about the car anyway but I wasn’t planning to drive there. I talked to Phil, a sales rep, and what a gentleman he was. He told me the car was a trade-in and was in fantastic condition. Well, he talked me into driving down there. I arrived about 10 in the morning and left with my new used car by 1:30 that afternoon. I walked Phil through my 128 point inspection, 2 test drives and I ending up looking under the car for any problems. I could not find anything wrong. The car was in great condition just as Phil had described. Phil was a perfect gentleman through the whole process. Every dealership employee I encountered could not do enough for me. After getting some ridiculous estimates from other mechanics and body shops, I decided to give this place a try…. I got outstanding service from Pat Gavin. He quickly got me estimates which confirmed my suspicions that the other mechanics were trying to gorge me into paying for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Pat & team were able to fix several problems that had been lingering on my car for several months. I always postponed getting these things fixed because other mechanics wanted literally $5-10k for what seemed like small issues. I’m ecstatic to have finally found someone in this industry that conducts business with (1) integrity and (2) high standards in delivering quality! It’s such a relief to know where to go to get my car fixed without getting guided into a bunch of high priced and unnecessary work. I also got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off!! Everything from the service to the price to the quality of the work exceeded my highest expectations. 1 month later my car is running as good as new. If only everything in the auto industry (particularly the service & repair industry) was run this way.

I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday. I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that. Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me. 5 out of 5 would buy there again.
