In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast

Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

Just bought a gently used `22 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK in diamond black. I love it! It was a prior lease with just 18k miles on it. I have had it for a few weeks and I am thrilled! Stereo is amazing and it even has a nice factory sunroof and tow package!

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

Love my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland Reserve for hauling kids / traveling on vacation with dog included. All safety features work as expected and provide the extra level of comfort / safety we expect from a next generation vehicle.

Good experience. No issues with the service. Obviously the cost for repairs could be cheaper but the service is good. At least I'm able to know what is wrong with my vehicle and make a decision on what I want done.

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. The JL exceeded my expectations. In the past Wranglers were clunky and didn't really feel like they were put together too well. My son had a JK and it was a huge advance forward. So I decided to buy the JL and I think it was another huge leap forward. I have fully loaded Ram 2500 but I find myself taking the Jeep most of the time. Okay part of that is trying to park a long bed crew cab, But I do enjoy driving the Jeep and have taken it across country a couple of times. After a 122,000 miles I still love it.

The Jeep dealerships don't do body work on the vehicles. It has to be farmed out to a body shop....and this is across the board, not just this state.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I have been using this dealer for over 10 years now. I have consistently always been happy with the service department for my jeep.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.
