From the moment Adam met us in the lot, the experience was a learning one. He is so knowledgable about the product I was interested in and he listened to what I wanted. He brought two cars up for comparison, knew the difference about each one, and there was no "dazzle-dazzle"! Extremely honest and forthright with his answers.
Martin was able to work with me to get the exact truck I wanted, down to specific options. The truck had to be brought over from other town making my purchase quick and easy. Martin works with you over the phone even after working hours/days.
Went in with a pretty complicated situation - but Sean, the GM, is awesome and put together a great deal for me! I was nervous going in because I wasn???t sure if I???d be able to leave with a new car, but he quickly alleviated those worries! My salesman Joe was caring and kind, and also was very understanding about my situation. He took the time to reassure me and I could tell he???s one of those rare genuine people! This place won???t give you the run-around. They will take a look at all factors and work hard to get you the best deal possible!
I am from New York and I came across Bayshore Automotive website while looking for a Wrangler. Immediately I was astonished by the quality of customized vehicles they had from the website. I found one in particular that I was interested in. I reached out via email and was put in contact with April. She was very patient and helpful with all my questions. Her customer service was priceless. Without ever seeing the vehicle in person I purchased it and had it delivered to New York where I reside. It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. All around this company cares about their customers and their quality of work. Finding indivduals or even a company like this is rare to come by. I guarantee I will be doing buisness with Bayshore Automotive in the future.

Cars Unlimited is a great place to buy a used vehicle. Allen & Co. are not your typical car salesman, so you have the leisure to look at all the vehicles at your own pace without anyone trying to pick something out for you. There were free CarFaxes available on their online inventory, which made finding a few vehicles to look at ahead of time very easy and shows that they aren't trying to withhold any information. When I had the vehicle I was interested in, there was no hassle to take it out for a test drive; we just let them know which one and they brought the keys right out. The paperwork was quick and painless, there were no attempts to sell any extra and unneeded things. They even held the car for a day, without any down payment, so that I could get the money transferred. Allen is a very professional and down-to-earth guy who takes pride in his work, it was a great pleasure dealing with him throughout the purchase. Even though I was buying one of the cheapest cars on the lot, I felt that Allen treated me the same, if not better, than someone who were buying the most expensive vehicle. He went out of his way to ensure that I had the best possible experience for my first car purchase. I will definitely be recommending Cars Unlimited to anyone I find that’s looking for a used vehicle and look forward to purchasing vehicles in the future here as well.
Martin and Dwayne went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my recent purchase. I've followed Dwayne to different dealerships with a couple previous purchases and I would do the same with Martin. These guys are honest and humble, a rare trate in car salesmen.
Alan is a very knowledgeable and patient salesman. He made our experience very easy and went way above and beyond. Toyota will be our lifetime choice for our future cars with Alan. We have never had someone follow up with us after our buying experience. Alan truly cares about his customers!
Ben Pugliesi did a terrific job handling my 2017 Sierra truck purchase. I was an out of state buyer and Ben handled every aspect of the transaction. He worked very well with my lender who had pre-approved me. When I arrived at the dealership my truck was parked out front, fully serviced, gas tank full, and clean as a whistle. Ben showed me many of the features that would make my 400 mile drive home comfortable. After a 30 minute inspection and test drive we completed the paperwork without any surprises and I left very happy.
