They?re all very helpful and explain and keep you up to date on the process and anything that needs attention. Also, I very much like the text that they send to your phone, in case they get really busy, you can check on the status of your car. Also, would like to give a shoutout to Rochelle, I had been having trouble with oil consumption and a couple months back they replace my engine and the car is running along beautifully. My husband handlied the deal, and I know he had a great experience. What I loved is Nick Madrigal's energy! His excitement while sending us a video of a SUV that we never saw in person, hoping that we would like it in person was infectious. His excitement when we all met for the first time when we were picking up our vehicle. I was looking to buy from a person that was authentic and loved what he was doing. That's Nick! What made us drive 7 hrs to Lawrence, we didn't have to we chose to, is Nick and the experience to date. Once there everyone treated us like family. As we left the state driving back home, my husband and I both said we we were so glad we bought from Nick Madrigal, he made this experience the way it should be.
