I had been searching for a wrangler for a while and then I suddenly stumbled across this dealership. When I called the dealership to see if the car was available Garen told me it was and answered all of the question I had. He even told me he would hold the car for free for me for 24hrs so I could come by and look at the jeep after work! I ended up going that night with my dad to check out the jeep 40 minutes before they closed and Garen came right out with the keys in hand and offered me a test drive! The car was in excellent condition, inside and out! Garen even allowed us to take the car for a few hours to our mechanic in Topsfield to be inspected. He made the process so easy, it was such a relief. Garen is honest and he takes pride in the vehicles he sells, I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Avon Auto had exactly the vehicle I had been searching weeks for at a price that was more than fair, especially compared to other listings. Purchasing a new car was very simple and straightforward. Ken was friendly and welcoming. He listened to what I was looking for and did not try to upsell. The offer on my trade-in was within the range from the rating sites that I had searched. The offer was explained to me in detail. When I wanted a different color in the model and trim level, they were able to get one for me. Peter took care of the financing and paperwork. He was thorough and explained everything. I needed a replacement vehicle and my credit was recovering from the Recession,Ken Russian got me an excellent rate on a loan, which made it possible for me to buy a used car (with only 100 miles on it) right off the showroom floor. I had my hyperactive son with me and they did not give me any looks when he jumped all over the showroom (I did warn him to stay away from the cars!). This dealership's professionalism is unparalleled. When I brought the car in for service, everyone was completely professional and again, understanding of the child situation. Everything was explained and all questions answered. I gladly drive from Worcester to Framingham for service because I know I'm getting the best.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
