Great place to buy a vehicle, I found the deal on a vehicle I wanted online, sent a inquiry to make sure it was still available, Mark Talkington replied that it was, after a couple of emails verifying the deal I was looking for I went to the dealership, got there the vehicle was already pulled to the front waiting for me went on a test drive including the highway which allowed me to see how it handled while Mark went over some of the features of the vehicle, when we got back Mark asked if I thought the vehicle was right for me, we went in and started the paperwork, the whole process from pulling on the lot to driving away in my new vehicle was about 2 hours, Mark Talkington and Johnathan Cox made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible never any pressure to buy anything extra (yes they did offer extras and add ons, that is part of their job) overall a great buying experience and was well worth the drive to Jackson, when I need another vehicle Serra will be at the top of my list of places to look!

Apparently, they aren't paid on commission, but online reviews help their pay. To each his own, but why should anyone ask a customer to reward them for doing their job? On Saturday of all days, my battery was dead. A friend charged my battery enough that I could get to KYAH and I had called coach who is head of the service department who is fantastic and he said bring it right out. Will get it right in there and get it taken care of and that’s exactly what they did. They get it taken care of. I had no problems. He brought the car out. He explained everything to me about not having to use the key to start the car up, but you can always use the key that’s inside the a little chamber and it just worked really good and he just if I ever have a problem and I come up there he always explains things in detail with me and that’s what you have to do with me. Explain it in detail. It was fantastic. I can’t say enough about The service department at Kia Bev Smith Kia. I cannot say enough good words.
