It was my first time going to a dealership for a new car. Dan made it an very enjoyable experience. She showed me the cars I asked and answered all my questions. Show me the final car I fell in love with a bought. So my husband and I bought it. This car is a dream. Thank you to Dan and all his coworkers for the excellent help and amazing experience.

I had to get a car in one day. A terrible pinch for the dealership. They rose to the occasion with kindness and honesty and had me out-the-door with a great deal before 2pm. Thanks especially to Delane Sheppard and Levi Durst. You guys made a difficult day easy!

My gratitude for the outstanding service and quality work that Mr. Adrian Hernandez, Anthony Paredes and the entire team provided on my vehicle. From the moment I walked into the Hyundai dealership/autobody, I felt attended and valued. a team of friendly and expert professionals guided me through every step of the process, clearly explaining each detail and ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the work. The quality of the customer service was very impressive, and the work done in the vehicle feels like new. I feel fortunate to have chosen your shop for my repair. My special thanks to Mr. Paredes for the exceptional customer service and willingness to help. Everyone's professionalism and kindness are a role model for any kind of business. I will recommend your dealership /autobody shop to anyone seeking high-quality work and customer service. Thank you for your excellence and dedication. Respectfully, Gretchen Mckinney

Schaumburg KiaReviews
Schaumburg Kia review
Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

Whenever I'm at Tobin Kia I always feel that my car will be well taken care of in service. If I have any questions, it's quickly answered to the best of an agent's ability. My service agent is Joe and he is absolutely fabulous. My next vehicle if necessary will be another Kia. I'm hoping that my Kia soul which is no longer being produced will last for quite some time. It's very efficient and very attractive and I love it! Kia has grown so much and so quickly, and it offers many models that will suit the taste of many types of people. Go Kia!

Wilde Honda review
would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at Wild Honda, particularly from Chris. From the outset, Chris was incredibly polite and professional in assisting me with the purchase of my 2013 Cadillac. He took the time to explain every detail of the process and demonstrated remarkable patience throughout. Chris truly listened to my needs and ensured that I walked away with exactly what I wanted. The entire team went above and beyond to meet my expectations, making the experience not only enjoyable but also stress-free. I highly recommend visiting Wild Honda, regardless of your location—it’s definitely worth the drive. Be sure to ask for Chris! Additionally, I would like to commend the sales manager, Eugene, for his outstanding support. Thank you both for making this experience so positive!

Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa review
Greg Taylor was our agent, and we couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. He initially took us for a spin in the 2026 KIA Carnival, which allowed us to feel how smooth a ride the car is. After that he provided us with a detailef hands on explanation of the cars technology features. Al new cars come with so much new technology, that it is difficult to grasp all the capabilities and functions that come with a new auto. Greg spent all the time we required to go over all the bells and whistles that are available in a 2026 KIA Carnival. Finally, he is genuinely a caring person who treated us like family. A true professional! Hats off to the team that hired him, you can't go wrong with Greg when considering purchasing or leasing a new auto.

This was my first time at this dealership. I contacted them online first and was connected with the salesman by the name of Jordan. He was a great communicator. And when we met in person he was extremely polite and not pushy. He had the vehicle I wanted to see already pulled up in the shade it was summer at the time here. I didn't purchase anything but we're in communication. And we'll see what happens. The dealership environment was very classy. With a adult generation of sales people. Some dealerships feel like a frat house and this was the complete opposite.

2022 Kia Seltos review
I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

Land Rover Reno review
Just bought a CPO Defender with John and the help of Cory (sales manager). We had a little misunderstanding on pricing when we first started, but they righted the ship and helped us get this car. Professional job well done and thanks!

Broke people always take care of us willing to go above and beyond always I cannot say enough about them
2022 Kia Seltos review
Love the looks of the outside and inside. More room than any other smaller car I looked at buying. I am impressed with the passing speed and comfort while driving but it is scary on takeoff. This car lacks any get up and go from the start. You have to make sure you have plenty of clearance before you pull into traffic. Overall I enjoy my Seltos SX.

I would like to thank Maddie and Keith and the entire service department for all their help and patience and hard work dealing with a very difficult extended warranty company that was sold to us by another dealer. Maddie and Keith went above and beyond to get our issues resolved. They showed us what customer service should be. Thank you again Maddie and Keith. Sincerely, Val and Dave Anderson

Tonkin Gresham Honda review
Excellent customer service. I took my car in for general maintenance and was told what my car could use now or later. I appreciated the friendly manner and advice of the technician regarding my car. Everything made me feel welcome, from the time I made the appointment to while I was there.
2021 Kia Seltos review
We leased the car in November, 2020. My wife drove to Massachusetts several times during the next 5 months. Got great gas mileage and handled excellent. We're so happy with the car, we're buying out the lease. I'm 6'5" and have minimal problems getting in and out. I also use a rollator, and have adequate room to transport it in the rear storage area. This is our 5th Kia and have never had any major problems with the brand. Great car for the price.
