2014 Kia Soul review
Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

Jonathan Cofre (Product Specialist) was responsive, patient, and completely upfront about the car's actual specs, confirming the details in writing so I wasn't driving 45 minutes on a maybe. Everything he told me held true when I arrived. Bella Cuevas handled the business side and the 0% financing without a single hiccup or hidden add-on. What really set the tone, though, was hearing multiple employees speak highly of the owners — unprompted. That kind of thing tells you a business is well run and actually takes care of its people, and that carries straight through to how they treat you as a customer. We were definitely nervous about going to a used car dealership, but David was great. He was patient with us as we thoroughly inspected the van we eventually purchased, really fair with the price, efficient with the paperwork, and even surprised us by paying for the car's next year of registration. We've had the van for a few months now and have driven it on two road trips (600 and 2500 miles, respectively) with no problems!
