This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Cleanest used car I've ever purchased anywhere. They take better care of their cars than most people I know do. Sales are not pushy and they ride with you when doing the test drive so I don't have to fool with GPS to return. I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I was online and scheduled a test drive for the next morning. When I arrived, Xavier Perez met me and had the vehicle ready for me. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, Xavier helped me transfer some items from my current truck to the new truck. He facilitated with the service shop to have my NFab boards removed and put on my new truck and even put on my new tags and removed the license plate holder and hitch holder. At first, I was hesitant about going to Auto Place Inc. due to the past reviews that people have written. I decided to take a chance with them, which was the best decision. When I arrived, I showed them the three trucks I wanted to look at, and they handed me the keys to them. They let me take my time looking at them and test-driving each truck. The team was not sitting over me like most dealers do. If I had questions about something, I went into the office to ask, and they answered everything I asked. I could take as long as I wanted and did not feel pressured to buy a truck from them. At the end of the day, I bought a 2015 Ram from them. The one thing that came up after I purchased the truck and was driving it home was that I started getting a vibration in the front end when applying the brakes. When I got home, I checked the brakes out and saw they were worn and needed replacement. I knew I bought the truck “AS IS,” but I still sent them an email about the issue, and the following day, when they were open, they called me and said they were sorry to hear about the issue and we wanted to take care of it for me. They did not have to consider that because I bought it “AS IS.” So, I drove it back to them, and not only did they replace the front brakes and rotors for me, but they also replaced the back ones. That is fantastic customer service, and I would recommend Auto Place Inc. to anyone looking for a used vehicle. The one negative thing I have for them is that they do not offer a CARFAX report on the vehicle.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Fabulous car gets me anywhere I love it. It is a 2013 and still feels new to me. I love the storage and small size of car. Very safe.
