I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

The service was great when I while actually there, but figuring out if the recall parts were in stock and if they would still be in stock when I got to the shop was a pain. They tried to sell me on $550 worth of very basic maintenance while I was there for a free recall repair, but I assume someone is urging them to do that. Overall was a smooth and relatively quick process once I actually got there and the lady that helped me was very nice.

The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.

I was online and scheduled a test drive for the next morning. When I arrived, Xavier Perez met me and had the vehicle ready for me. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, Xavier helped me transfer some items from my current truck to the new truck. He facilitated with the service shop to have my NFab boards removed and put on my new truck and even put on my new tags and removed the license plate holder and hitch holder. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

They were all very nice and the manager was awesome Josh and the gentleman that sold me the car today he was just great and I cannot for the life of me remember his name but he was very kind very patient and had a good sense of humor put us at ease and made everything work in our favor and so I was so very grateful we've had a lot of bad experiences lately but this one was not one of them I am very grateful for them at drive time. And when I find out the guy's name that was my salesman today I promise you I'm going to do another review with his name.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. For me, shopping for a car is challenging. I've had so many bad experiences with "used car salesman" that I find it difficult to believe or trust anything they say. (beware of Genesis of Mesquite) However, Eunise Medina, Patrick Cahill, Ryan, a BMW Genius, and the staff at BMW of Mckinney, sure made this BMW purchase was a great experience. EVERYBODY was so pleasant, courteous and helpful from the start. They went out of their way to answer questions, showed me printed reports, addressed any concern... I was in their very nice snack area looking for a drink and I muttered out loud, "where's a Coke" and a gent walking by overheard me and said he'd run upstairs to get me one. He was up the stairs and back in seconds with a Coke. I was astounded! The people alone were just great, and the way I was treated so special, it made buying a BMW from this dealership a no brainer. This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.
