King KiaReviews
King Kia review
My problem was with the AI contact point at King. Stupid me, I thought Olivia King was a person, and I emailed "her" several times with requests. Before I went in, cars.com asked me to review "her" and the email included a photo of a woman, again making me think I was dealing with a human. When I went in, I asked to speak with her, and was finally told she didn't exist. But was I embarrassed and did I feel stupid! It was very deceptive. And this is not how you want a customer to feel when you're selling something. You need to make it clear up front that the email contact is an AI contact, and any salesperson will be there to help at appointment time. Other than that, it was a good experience. King even allowed the car to be driven 33 miles to my mechanic for an inspection. That's extraordinary. The car was in good shape, and we closed after returning from the inspection.
2021 Kia Sportage review
My kids (who are still in car seats) and I love it! The space inside is very spacious and we feel fancy as my daughters said. The panoramic sunroof really adds a great vibe. The pearl white is gorgeous.

Torian is very smart and listens to her customers requests and requirements for the vehicle they are looking for. She doesn't push people into a vehicle they are happy with. If I ever need a another vehicle my wife and I said it will be with her or nobody else.

Audi Eatontown review
My Best and Easiest purchasing experience ever. From start to finish the staff were polite, friendly and professional. Denzel was exceptional going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It’s the kind of business that you know is well run because the staff reflects the managers traits and is passed down. I highly recommend

Bill was very helpful, kind, and efficient in getting our new Santa Fe hybrid. Don't like many car dealerships, but for Prudy I will make an exception. Thanks Bill
2021 Kia Sportage review
I love the sporty look. Every time that I look at it I can't believe it's mines. I wish it had automatic start and the trunk lift with the remote but I know I can't have everything. I love the drive modes the lane assist, cruise control, camera, sound of the music, the color, etc. Just overwhelmed and always looking forward to driving it again.

Basil Toyota review
Dave Hoffman, Ryan Hunter, Matt Vetter, Jamie Branch and everyone here ALWAYS treats me like I am the ONLY one that matters. It feels more like a family than a dealership. Everytime I go in for service with either Toyota I own, I always leave feeling better than when I came in, (which is usually just the opposite from most service departments I have been to). From Ryan Hunter managing the exceptional sales department to Dave Hoffman and his Elite service team, I feel VALUED. Thank you all at Basil Toyota!

O'Brien Nissan of Bloomington review
Needed an inexpensive commuter car for my kids. Found a good deal here & finally made it in to snag one of the last of their Mitsubishi Mirages. Oscar was very helpful, made the process go very quickly, and found the answers to my questions if he didn't know. I didn't even haggle because I thought the price was fair. Brian explained all paperwork and worked quickly. Irene, the receptionist, was super nice and helpful. I don't like buying things, let alone a car, but they made the process go smoothly and were helpful.

I was contacted by Weatherford Honda and we discussed a 2OO7 Ford Shelby that was for sale. The main problem I had was that the dealership is about five hours away from my home and it was to far to visit.

Cortes Auto CenterReviews
Cortes Auto Center review
2 months ago I went into Cortez Auto Sales in Burlington Washington, The following day I picked up my 2021 Camaro... A couple months prior to meeting Derek and Johnny at Cortez Auto Sales I had purchased a vehicle down south that left me discouraged of all dealerships it was a horrific experience but within the first half hour of talking with Derek and Johnny I felt at ease, I had been car shopping on and off for 5 or 6 months, both Johnny and Derek went above and beyond they the whole priced, 2 months later they are still taking care of any of my question and concerns, when I test over the car they let me take it by myself they told me take as long as I needed to make sure I liked it or until I knew I liked it or until I knew I didn't want it, a couple weeks after having the car I came out of work and I had a flat tire, I called Cortez they put brand new tires on it they are awesome, Cortez is not only the only review I've wrote but it's the good review I've wanted to write😋 way to go Bobby and Derrick...Thank you for getting me into my dream car...I LOVE Y'ALL AT CORTEZ...
