This Kia Soul is a breeze to drive, comfortable and agile, storage space is excellent, gas efficient, easy to maintain, change lights, modify, have fun
Angel (salesperson) really worked hard on my deal and found that after crunching the numbers, a lease was better for my situation. I don't drive a lot and a lease gave me the ability to feel comfortable with my payments.
Everyone here at Kia of Alhambra were so very kind and professional. If I had the ability to purchase another car, I would go back to Kia of Alhambra in a heartbeat! They're just that good ¿

I started looking for a 2018 KIA at another dealership and did not have a good experience. I asked about year end offers and incentives and was told there were none. I came to KIA of Alhambra and met Juan Garcia. He sold us our 2018 Sportage with discounts and 0% financing. It was night and day between the other dealer and the one in Alhambra. We were preapproved with my credit union but KIA financing beat them . My wife is very pleased with her new car which makes me very happy as well.

Bought the LX turbo new in March 2016, had custom leather seats done at the dealer and still came in under $25k car has been fun to drive has needed no repairs and had only one recall for a radio antenna. Been a great experience! I did learn she does run best on premium even though the dealer recommended regular there’s a noticeable difference in performance and even the sound of the engine.
My wife had purchased a car from Kia in Alhambra. Her sales rep was Angel. She loved how how smhe treated her. So I decided to go with him to trade in my old Kia. And I wasn’t disappointed at all. I am beyond satisfied with his honesty, knowledge of the vehicles, great customer service and his work ethic! If I’m not ever looking for another car, I’m definitely going to work with him again regardless of the dealership he’s at.

The care was perfect besides problems with the tires all the time and the its loud when I start it up .. Why is it so loud ? I have ask several times why but no answer at service
I was dreading the buying experience, and walked out of a different dealership the night before because it wasn't pleasant, but it was actually pretty painless at Alhambra Kia. It took awhile (like I expected) but the salesperson (Ned) was very positive and accommodating (plus, free popcorn and snacks!). Ned also spent a lot of time afterwards helping me to program settings, set up Android Auto, and explain how things worked in my new car, which saved me a ton of time. All in all, good experience, which was a surprise! So far I love my Kia!

Nice looking. Good fuel mileage. Enjoyable to drive. Inexpensive to service. Nice long new car warranty. Quality made vehicle. Handles well. Runs great. Audio system has great sound.
It performs phenomenal drive like u are hovering on clouds picks up quick and inside or lord it’s like I’m driving something foriegn and the pano moon roof oh it’s to die for heated steering wheel I just wish it had remote start that would be the real cherry on top
The staff at Acura Thousand Oaks was outstanding! Aaron, Steve, Frank, Paul and Bret made walking into a dealership fun! They had the car clean and ready for viewing before we signed any paperwork! That's customer service right there! UNFORTUNATELY, Acura Financial was unable to approve us! Even with a 695 credit score and $3,000 down for a 2018 standard TLX lease! The staff went above and beyond. They greeted us at the door, explained everything in detail and made us feel like humans and not just another potential sale. I only wish we would have been able to do business with them! Nevertheless, they earned the 5 star rating I gave them! Keep up the great work guys! I truly hope we can put the car of our dreams in our driveway in the upcoming future!

Jesse Trujillo really knows the cars inside and out. When we went on a test drive he went over the car features. When I purchased the vehicle he went into great detail of every feature on the car. Jesse is polite, personable and does not over power you like some dealerships.

This car gives me everything I could ask for.It rides really good .radio and sound system sounds great and easy to use.love the heated seats and steering wheel on cold winter mornings and air condition seat keep you cool.

The Kia Sedona is the most comfortable minivan for passengers. It's interior doesn't skimp on those who sit in the back. We have already had a computer issue though within the first 2500 miles as the door sensor kept beeping that it was open

I’mMuscle car kinda guy, but my wife’s little 2016 Kia Forte is something else! I love the gas mileage it gets not to mention the hidden power when you put it in sports mode!

In general the car isn't too bad. I bought CPO and thought that meant something like it used to. It proved me wrong a few times over. Purchased a bit over a year ago, the first week, taken back for AC repair and power seat. Recently for belt tensioner that made a ton of noise.
Needs tires already as the new ones that were put on before purchase started to warp and cup about a month into the car.
Robyn R., my service advisor! She is awesome, very thorough and super quick. I had a long list of items to check on and she addressed every one of them and even saved me money on my repairs!
Great car with one MAJOR issue

I love my Soul, had it for almost a year. However I will never consider another Soul unless Kia fixes this issue. The issue: it doesn't support Google. The assistant button on the stereo only recognises Siri and ignores the other Major Assistant. But the Kia Optima works with both. It's quite annoying and almost turns me off the KIA experience... Almost makes me want to look at another brand once my lease is up.
