BMW of Wesley Chapel review
Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

Lexus of Wichita review
Sheri Stafford was amazing to work with! She's very personable, and prompt at communication. Being out of state, she kept me updated on my vehicle while waiting for it to arrive at the dealership. Then once it arrived, she emailed me videos and purchase information so the buying process went smoothly. I flew to Wichita and drove my car back home. When at the dealership I noticed all the employees work so well together to create a great buying experience for their customers. Managers Scott and Erick were super helpful in completing the purchase from the finance side. Thank you!

BMW of West St. LouisReviews
BMW of West St. Louis review
I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. Wendy was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I had a great buying experience with her and would definitely do it again. If you are in the market for a car or SUV I recommend BMW and the best client advisor I have ever worked with. Please go see them, great dealership and great people. Thank you for the experience.

Bought a 2025 Infiniti QX60 with 8000 miles. I had an outstanding salesperson (Rosemarie), be sure to ask for her. The car had some cosmetic dings on a door. The service manager replaced the door with a factory painted door to ensure a perfect match. Highly recommend Harper Infiniti.

ZRV Auto Inc.Reviews
ZRV Auto Inc. review
We recently had a terrific experience buying from ZRV Auto (Jan. 2026). ZRV had a hard-to-find car that my daughter had hoped for as her first vehicle: a 2010 VW Beetle. We had pre-planned travel to be in Brea from Northern California, and Zora and his family helped us navigate starting the buying process long distance. When we arrived, the car was waiting for us and was 100% what we expected from our calls and photos. The car was super clean! We had an independent mechanic check the car out and they said it was in really great shape. The paperwork process was fast and organized, and truly one of the easiest car-buying experiences. We appreciated Zora and his family's professionalism, willingness to help us buy a car (as opposed to trying to sell us a car), and the post-purchase follow up. Great customer service, honest and fair!

We had a great experience with Barry! He took the time to understand our needs and work with us to figure out our options for purchasing the vehicle. We scheduled a test drive and during the test drive, he was friendly and made sure to inform us of everything we needed to know about the vehicle. We highly recommend this dealer and would use them again!

McGrath Lexus ChicagoReviews
McGrath Lexus Chicago review
I was impressed! The overall aesthetic and environment are very welcoming. It’s probably the nicest Lexus I’ve visited. All staff are very welcoming. Waiting areas are comfortable. Sales staff are relatable and make everything easy and stress-free. Other things I enjoyed include: low wait-times, the options for food and drinks, the Lexus swag shop, and of course, the photo op with a red bow with my vehicle purchase. They have amazing technicians that teach you all of the technology and get everything set up for you. I highly recommend this Lexus dealership!!

I love the way it drives and how interior is what makes the car. Can’t wait to take my grandkids on a trip to show it of.

The salesman seemed knowledgeable about the car and understood what I was looking for. Very nice gentleman and so was the finance manager. They seemed to have several nice cars on the lot. I wouldn't have any problem doing business with them again.
