He was knowledgeable about the vehicle - as a "car guy," offered his candid opinions about other makes as well. He was friendly yet professional in demeanor and answered all of our questions (including those posed by our 11yo son who came along for the test drive). And he didn't pressure us even a little bit. In fact, he made it quite obvious that he saw his role as that of trying to help us, not necessarily sell us a car. Once we decided to buy, he made the process fun too -- something to celebrate. On delivery, the car was clean, fueled more than half which they make sure Everytime, and ready to go. A staff member went over the key features, paired my phone, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. Based on this experience, I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and would consider returning for my next purchase. Plus good refreshment for cookies and chips for kids, good coffee and other hot drinks were available. I haven't such even on big frenchises and new car dealerships. Awesome experience. 💯
2018 Lexus LX 570 review
This is hands down my favorite SUV. It drives like a car but has room to haul everything a busy mom of 3 boys needs. The safety features, integrated technology and luxurious interior are unmatched. Definitely keeping this vehicle a very long time!

2018 Lexus LX 570 review
This is the second LX I've owned. Only traded in the last one after 8 years because I wanted the two-row version. Never had a day of trouble with the last one; same with this one after 3 years. May not have quite the same fancy electronic play things as others, but it is built to last, can go about anywhere, seems to love steep mountain grades, rides comfortably, and is easy to park with the bird's eye view system despite its size. My dogs would tell you they like it, too.
