Once I purchased it he took me around and introduced me to key personnel that I would be dealing with in the future, maintenance, repairs, etc. John took the time to walk me through important settings in the car before I took it home. And assisted me in an add-on purchase as well. The Austin Subaru Service Dept. set my 6 month service appointment right away and I was also scheduled for a one on one appointment to go over the features in my new vehicle. A pretty smooth experience all in all. Highly recommend.

The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.
