2016 Lexus RX 350 review
We have owned a 2004, 2011, and now 2016. They just keep getting better and better. The new transmission makes me smile when it comes to gas milage. This last 5000 mile road trip the average tank registered between 28 mpg to 32 mpg.

Lexus of Maplewood review
I love my Lexus, Maplewood has very attentive sales people. I visited 4 times and every time they treated me very well, even though the first 3 times i wasn’t buying anything. I finally found my dream car. Couldn’t be happier. Courtney my sales rep was great, she even dropped my car off after the wrap was done. I highly recommend this dealership.

After owning several top-shelf Mercedes and 50 other cars, the experience at Sheehy Lexus (RVA) was far and away better than M-B! From sales(Jacob Blackmon) to service and post-purchase (Meagan Payne), they were courteous, professional and judicious with my time. They are superior in every way, including LC500 I bought to anything anywhere near the price point! BRAVO Sheehy Lexus

From start to finish, she provided truly exceptional 5-star customer service. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I got a fantastic deal on my brakes without compromising on quality or care. She was transparent, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you need your vehicle serviced, ask for Amanda?she is hands down the best Service Advisor here! I?ll definitely be returning to Lexus of Cerritos because of her.

AutoNation USA KatyReviews
AutoNation USA Katy review
This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. Big ups to Jeremiah and the AutoNationUSA-Katy team for a very satifying car-buying experience.

Russ Darrow ToyotaReviews
Russ Darrow Toyota review
Overall the experience was excellent, Klinton and Janessa were very easy to work with. The only disappointment is that the second key's battery is dead, does not start and react with the truck at all, totally dead. The dealership should check each key before handing them to customers. That Friday was very busy at the dealership, my truck was not washed and cleaned when I took ownership, it was just a minor observation but it should've been done even though they were busy. With the minor issues, they did a great job overall and they deserve a 5 star rating. There is always room for improvement and I hope they take this review seriously and improve along the way. Thank you Klinton and Janessa, good luck!

CarMax CharlestonReviews
CarMax Charleston review
This is me second sale to Carmax. The first sale went smoothly and everything they said was true! People who turn their car into the dealer are totally getting screwed. For example I turned in a 2020 c300 early this year. The payoff was $32k; I got $36k from Carmax. Unbelievable. However, companies like Mercedes allowed Carmax to pay off the lease. Now they require you to buy out the lease so you have to come up with the cash and then you have to wait until you get the title before you can go to Carmax. Sounds like a little anti trust behavior.

AutowiseReviews
Autowise review
Tracy in sales was extremely helpful and worked hard to get us the highest amount possible for our trade‑in. She stays busy, and it’s clear why — Autowise doesn’t overload the dealership with salespeople competing for commissions or monthly quotas like most places, which keeps the pressure low and the prices fair. We purchased an excellent vehicle for thousands less than the current average new‑car price of around $54,000, and the car we bought is in truly great condition. I appreciated that they put the vehicle’s full history and service records right on the table so you know exactly where it’s been and how it’s been maintained. There were no surprise add‑ons or high‑pressure upsells at the end of the deal, and if you need financing, they’ll help you find the best option. Based on our experience — and the fact that this is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Autowise — it’s very likely our next one will come from them as well.

You want to work with Helton Cerqueira! Fantastic experience from initial inquire to him following up days after the purchase to ensure the vehicle met all expectations. Helton was a joy to work with. Extremely knowledgeable in what he sells, very personable, and not pushy. I will and have been recommending everyone I know to give this man a call when in the market for a new vehicle. Beyond the positives of Helton, the dealership itself was extremely clean and well ran, James in financing did a great job getting everything lined up and finalized. The Detailers who worked on our car did a fabulous job as well

The service was courteous and professional, I was thankful for their polite helpful and courteous!
2016 Lexus RX 350 review
Definitely, after the Lexus RX 350, you can only buy the new Lexus RX 350! There is no doubt about the choice. The car doesn't break down at all. It seems to me that it can serve forever, be inherited from grandfather to grandson, and will become a family legend if you love it like I do. Safe, comfortable, and passable everywhere, the Lexus RX 350 knows no problems on the roads, either in winter, or in the rain, or in swamps. At the same time, its elegant design will allow everyone around to admire it and want to buy this car. I’m in love with this set of comfort in the car interior - it’s never hot or cold, it’s warm and cozy, like home, regardless of the weather outside, long roads or difficulties in traveling. This is my number 1 choice. Only Lexus RX 350. It will never let you down! Verified.

Park Place Lexus Grapevine review
I would like to say that we were just out to look at cars and we’re not 100% sure that we would buy one. But Randall Hood was so great, informative, answered all our questions with patience that we did end up buying it. He is complete opposite of typical car sales person. Dealership is lucky to have him.
2016 Lexus RX 350 review
It is easy to drive and has aids, such as white line warning, to make it even easier. Maneuvers very well in parking lots and has backup help for added safety. The seats are wonderfully adjustable even for a 5'2" me. It is a comfortable easy drive for trips without the feeling of herding something down the road. Good, safe, family car.

Had the best car buying experience I have ever had. Told them what we wanted to spend and they did exactly that no pressure to spend more.

Johnson City Toyota review
Jody Deskins at Johnson City Toyota was great to work with! He helped me get my 2026 Camry at the best deal, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. My family has purchased several vehicles from Jody over the years because he’s always friendly, honest, and genuinely looks out for his customers. I highly recommend working with Jody if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!

Good service - they were quick and the price was right. Appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on every little thing. I'll be back.
2016 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

McGrath Lexus Chicago review
I was impressed! The overall aesthetic and environment are very welcoming. It’s probably the nicest Lexus I’ve visited. All staff are very welcoming. Waiting areas are comfortable. Sales staff are relatable and make everything easy and stress-free. Other things I enjoyed include: low wait-times, the options for food and drinks, the Lexus swag shop, and of course, the photo op with a red bow with my vehicle purchase. They have amazing technicians that teach you all of the technology and get everything set up for you. I highly recommend this Lexus dealership!!
