2021 Lexus RX 350 review
This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

We traded our 2010 Subaru Forester for a 2016 Subaru Outback. The entire process took about two hours and was hassle free. This included test driving the Outback (while they we doing the appraisal on the Forester), transferring plates, taking care of payment, etc. They make car buying a breeze!

I have been buying cars for more than 15 years, and my experience with Robert and David was easily one of the best I have ever had. What stood out most was how fast and efficient the entire process was. From the first conversation through the paperwork and driving the car off the lot, everything moved quickly without ever feeling rushed or cutting corners. Robert and David were prepared, responsive, transparent, and respectful of my time. At no point did I feel like I was simply part of a transaction. The experience was professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable, with a clear focus on making sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. I have purchased and shopped with some of the most recognized luxury brands, including Ferrari, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz. Those experiences set a high bar, yet none matched the combination of speed, attention, transparency, and professionalism Robert and David delivered. Buying a car can easily turn into an all-day, stressful process. They made it fast, straightforward, and an absolute pleasure. Exceptional customer service is increasingly difficult to find, and this dealership truly stands apart. I would absolutely buy from Robert and David again and recommend them to anyone who values their time and wants a first-class buying experience.
2015 Lexus RX 350 review
I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Dealership was easy to find. Employees were very nice and great to deal with. Salesman seemed to have a lot of experience in the car selling/buying business. Some dealerships will try and rip you off, I had no such experience here at South Street Auto Sales. Owner of the dealership stepped in on my purchase to make sure all was going well. I bought a brand new 2013 Mitsubishi Evo with under 200 miles on it. Walked out saving a lot of money. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Nice antique cars to look at when waiting around. I did have to wait a decent amount of time because the finance manager was busy with other customers. No problem for me with the deal I walked away with.

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

★★★★★ Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life – Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang are absolute legends at Lexus of Rockville From the very first inquiry to driving home in our gorgeous 2021 Black Onyx LX 570 with my wife and kids, including our 9-month-old baby, the entire team at Lexus of Rockville made this the smoothest, most transparent, and genuinely enjoyable purchase I’ve ever had — and we’ve bought a lot of vehicles. Tony Rincon is hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Zero pressure, lightning-fast responses even over Thanksgiving week, detailed photos and videos every time I asked, and he treated my family (including the baby) like his own. Tony never “sold” me — he just helped me fall in love with the perfect Lexus. Owen Stepp, the Sales Director, went so far above and beyond it’s almost unbelievable. He personally reworked numbers multiple times (including the day before Thanksgiving), honored every promise, and delivered the strongest trade-in I’ve ever received on my 2024 4Runner — thousands above every published value. Owen’s integrity and willingness to make the deal perfect turned what could have been a negotiation into a true partnership. James Wang in Finance was the perfect closer — completely transparent, no high-pressure add-ons, walked me through every single line item with patience and clarity, and made the paperwork painless while I held the baby. In an industry that can feel stressful, Tony, Owen, James, and the whole Ourisman Lexus of Rockville team turned it into one of the happiest memories we have. As a 100 % disabled veteran with a young family, the respect, kindness, and honesty they showed us meant the world. If you’re anywhere in Maryland (or willing to make the drive), ask for Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang. You will not find a better team or a better experience anywhere. We absolutely love our “new-to-us” LX 570 and we’re already looking forward to our next purchase with these guys. Thank you, Tony, Owen, and James — you have customers for life! Happy Thanksgiving. I love my new RX350! I love the Atomic silver and the styling. The technology is not real user friendly, but it can do a lot! It’s nice to drive, since it is so quiet and smooth riding. I paid cash but still hand to pay full retail price for the Certified 2021 with low miles. The dealership in Tulsa was great, though.

A solid "A" experience with MemberCar. Responded in a timely manner to my requests for additional photos and to questions. Wire transfer and title change was smooth. They recommended and coordinated shipping with a local shipper who delivered my "new-to-me" vehicle in a very timely manner at a reasonable price, halfway across the country. If they had a vehicle that I was interested in, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.

2012 Lexus RX 350 review
We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

My salesman Yad Mohammed Ali was extremely efficient, organized and respectful making the process simple and quick.
2022 Lexus RX 350 review
I bought my 2022 RX 350 Premium in February, it rides comfortably and the outward visibility is good, overall built in quality and safety features makes you feel at ease and confident on the road ahead, I’m 64 yrs old 6’2 230 lbs and both front ventilated seats are very comfortable. Don’t believe the hype of the Mark Levinson audio system which in itself an excellent addition adds up $$$ to the overall price and unless you have to drive a concert hall all day it is not needed, the built in quality HD system on the Premium suffices for most users, the added CD is a welcoming experience for an old gizzard like me and my classical CD’s. I do not care to start my vehicle using my smartphone, personally the Lexus app is not useful to me, as my choice is to start the vehicle the old fashion way key-fob in my pocket. Thus far I do not use the kick sensor for the power rear door it’s simply enough to touch the bottom on the rear tailgate. I find the touch pad user friendly, no convoluted problems using it on my 8’ inch screen, love the dials quality buttons on the 8 inch screen as well. This RX 350 2022 model is the last of the V6 smooth buttery engines with sufficient power and acceleration yet economical enough, it doesn’t require 91 octane gasoline as it is engineered to perform on 87 octane. Overall I’m very pleased with my 2022 RX 350 and plan to keep it until death keeps us apart. Thank you for reading my heartfelt review.

Ourisman Lexus review
I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I have only one eye (the other is glass). Elie heard me and put me in my first ever Tesla. Vision will never be an issue again. The 360° screen is a miracle. I couldn’t believe they had an M3 in my price range. Thanks Elie!
2020 Lexus RX 350 review
The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bigger than it looks, but, smaller cargo area than you’d expect. Seat bottoms are a little lumpy on the cushioning. The controls for the info screen are maddening and shift off whatever you want to do with the slightest jiggle. Advertised MPG is 10% optimistic. Having said all the above, I love the SUV, it’s my second RX 350, fit and finish terrific, comfortable ride, really deadens exterior noise. Dealer service department is outstanding, what you’d expect in a luxury vehicle. I’ve owned over 60 vehicles, 5 of them other mfr SUVs, this is the best.

I just bought a car, and the experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They really took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I drove away not only with a great car but also with a big smile. Highly recommend!
2022 Lexus RX 350 review
Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

2016 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

2021 Lexus RX 350 review
This is the 2021 Lexus RX 350 and is my 4th Lexus and I love it! The 2018 was also really great and so was the 2015. I think the price is very good and the value is incredible because either way, either leasing rates are great due to the high residual values, and the buy rates are great because you could sell your car used because they are very much in demand and you get a lot for it. If you hold onto your Lexus, that's another great option, because the Lexus engine is incredible, built to protect the engine and last a very long time! I have not had any issues with any of my Lexus ((unlike other car brands -I have had issues with other cars warning lights, electrical, rotors, struts, sensor issues, and faulty parts, and check engine light and other quirks etc!!!)) I totally recommend Lexus -very reliable and no problems! Servicing is always reasonable too!

2018 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought 2018 Lexus RX 350 used in February of 2022. It was 3.5 years old at that time and had only 24k miles. Paid $32,660 and then 8% taxes (NY State). When it was new it was over $61K. The paperwork was inside the glove compartment. It is a comfortable and powerful car. It has all available options, apart from heated and electric back seats, which I don’t need. I am glad they not electric. It is much faster to put them down by hand. The gas mileage in the city is not great, 16 miles per gallon, but it is great on a highway. When I drive by myself on a highway I get 28 miles per gallon. Mark Levinson sound system and head-up display are great. I upgraded and installed integrated video camera to record everything and added wireless Apple car play and android auto. Installed both myself. It was easy. In these almost two years of driving I put only 10,000. Of course with only 34,000 miles I don’t have any issues. I change oil every 5,000 and that is it. I plan on keeping this car as long as it works. Most likely 20+ more years. I wish the gas mileage was better in the city, but it is what it is. This car is the best on a highway. You don’t feel tired and don’t feel any stress when you are on a highway. It feels like as if I am sitting home on my couch. In heavy traffic on a highway I turn on adaptive cruise and lane keep assist. and let car drive itself - it is fun and relaxing. It gives me time to relax. I love my car.

2018 Lexus RX 350 review
Many cars, many years later...bought my first RX 350. They drive like a dream. Quick response, good gas mileage, interior is super comfy in leather and the storage in back is great for my sports and music obsessions. I will buy another, as this is the first car where the only time I needed to put it in the shop was oil changes, breaks and new tires. It is the most dependable car I've ever owned. Volvo xc90 before this car was a nightmare, BMW & Mercedes fickle costly repairs, Turbo cars etc...bye, bye!

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Auto Giants Mitsubishi. Matt and Joel were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I wanted, worked within my budget, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. There was zero pressure, clear communication, and full transparency which made the buying process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for, and I truly felt supported from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, and there were no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Auto Giants Mitsubishi, especially if you’re working with Matt and Joel. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

Audi Chantilly review
After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!
2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2013 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

2013 Lexus RX 350 review
I bought this car with a 110000 miles on it. 3 years later, I'm approaching 300000 miles and all I've done is change oil tires and brakes. Great reliable piece of transportation.

Lexus of TowsonReviews
Lexus of Towson review
Many of us have found buying a new or used car, can be a very frustrating and negative experience. However, my wife and I just had the most pleasant and positive car buying experience ever, in purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, all as a result of our Sales Consultant Jonathan Butler! Jonathan was the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive automotive salesperson we have ever come in contact with. While for the most part, the staff at Lexus of Towson were always professional, helpful and very pleasant to deal with, for the exception for one Manager, Jonathan consistently exceeded our car buying expectations. Without a doubt, Jonathan Butler was the primary reason we decided to purchase our CPO RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, as apposed to numerous other dealers in our area! If you are in the market, or just thinking of purchasing a Lexus vehicle, do yourself a favor, and contact Jonathan Butler at Lexus of Towson, you will not be disappointed! Anthony Delauney
