I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Victor Bobo, Service Manager Walt Hines, and General Manager David Ossi for their prompt and coordinated response to a situation that had the potential to become security concern. The urgency, professionalism, and clarity each of you demonstrated made a meaningful impact and prevented the issue from escalating. Victor, as my service advisor, your immediate attention and clear communication ensured the matter was addressed without delay. Your consistency and reliability continue to stand out. Walt, your leadership as Service Manager brought structure and confidence to the situation. Your quick involvement and steady guidance helped ensure everything was handled correctly and efficiently. David, your oversight and commitment to maintaining high operational standards were evident in how swiftly and effectively your team responded. Your engagement reinforces the trust and confidence I have in your dealership. Thank you all for your professionalism, your responsiveness, and the respect you showed throughout the process. Your actions turned a potentially serious moment into a reminder of the strength and integrity of your team. This is the core reason why I will continue to come to Parks Lincoln of Tampa.
2020 Lexus RX 450h review
A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.

Our Salesman, Ilya S has a great personality and perspective on selling cars. He was patient and helpful buying a car. The dealership was very time conscience and trying to police me even when there was a time-consuming client buy a car before me. The dealership had put a couple thousand dollars into the used vehicle that we were purchasing. They also are going to take care of a computer error reading code on the car after we bought the car.

2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I have owned 3 RX Hybrids. Comfortable, quiet and solid performance. I am always amazed at how long the regenerative brakes last - the first two lasted over 120K miles and probably went longer but I traded in these cars ~120 mile mark for a new RX. The only issue I have had was with my last RX - the suspension started scrunching after 40K. The regional Lexus rep was of ZERO help - basic response to my concern was "is there any detrimental impact to the car's driving? If not, it is your problem". The dealership (Lexus of Bellevue) stood behind the car and replaced the entire suspension for minimal cost. My new Lexus RX450h has just crossed over the 40K mile mark and all is going well. I highly recommend the car and the dealership.

2015 Lexus RX 450h review
I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

2013 Lexus RX 450h review
I just purchased this vehicle used, of course :)), love mostly everything about it. However the leather seats are cracked and the seats are not as plush as one would expect. I just got rid of my 2006 Lexus RX 400h and my seats were not cracked at all and severely comfortable, as if you were sitting on a leather couch. I read a lot of reviews about this model car and saw a few of them on various car lots before my purchase and my complaint about the cracked seats is experienced by many lexus rx 400h owners of my similar year. The quality of the leather is different than the previous models. Lexus definitely dropped the ball on this! One lady mentioned having her same year and model garage kept and even covered the seats with towels to prevent the sun from damaging the seats, however after 7 months of owning her car at the hefty price tag of $50k she is left with cracked seats and Lexus unable to help her because the seats are not covered in the warranty etc. The car drives wonderful. Looks great! I get a lot of compliments on it, esp the color (burgundy w/brown seats). I love my experience so far but hate my seats current condition. So why buy it right? I know. Truth is the car has a lot of potential. This issue was on so many of this modem, I just chose to hang in there with the purchase ... bought through Carvana. The car was delivered to my front door without physically seeing it. I had 7 lousy days to return it for another but I just paused and saw chose to see the overall good in the car vs the cosmetic defect that after researching was prevalent in this model.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. I will surely use them again. Thank you for your help & kindness CarShop
2019 Lexus RX 450h review
This is our 6th Lexus over the past 30 years. We have purchased new, used, low mileage, not so low mileage; keep our vehicles longer than many and have not had any significant issues to date that would change our decision on the Lexus brand. Yes we have owned cars from other mfg’s...we are a two car family with some varied careabouts. This is our first RX, however, and we couldn’t be more pleased with its styling, comfort, features, fuel economy for a larger platform and overall feel.

Kevin was an excellent car salesperson, immediately made the buying process smooth and easy. Never had to negotiate prices as they offered excellent prices from the beginning without car dealership markups and random fees. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great salesperson and car dealership.
2013 Lexus RX 450h review
Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.

2020 Lexus RX 450h review
I've had my 2020 Lexus RX450h for a year and it is a pleasure to drive. It has all of the accoutrements I waited for since purchasing my 2013 RX350. It has a bird’s eye view of the area surrounding the car, a touch screen monitor and a touch pad, many safety features like blind spot monitoring, lane and parking assist. It has triple head beams with cornering lighting and automatic high beam control. I wish I had added the heads-up display option, but I do enjoy the hands-free-leg-kick to open the tailgate option. The heated/AC seat option is very nice when needed!
