I was impressed! The overall aesthetic and environment are very welcoming. It’s probably the nicest Lexus I’ve visited. All staff are very welcoming. Waiting areas are comfortable. Sales staff are relatable and make everything easy and stress-free. Other things I enjoyed include: low wait-times, the options for food and drinks, the Lexus swag shop, and of course, the photo op with a red bow with my vehicle purchase. They have amazing technicians that teach you all of the technology and get everything set up for you. I highly recommend this Lexus dealership!!
2021 Lexus RX 450h review
Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! We weren’t expecting to buy the brand new 2025 Kona, but it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Not only a great vehicle, but the peace of mind that comes with the warranty, maintenance services, and follow up weeks after purchasing, that made us feel cared for. Months later, I have a new job that requires me in office 5 days a week after working from home for 5 years. After test driving terrible used cars elsewhere, I bring my wife back to see their used cars, feeling as though theirs will be in great condition for a great price. Jim in sales (with Mike’s partnership), again, heard my story and my needs. Showed me some used cars, but made a better deal for a brand new Elantra Sport trim for about the same monthly cost as a used car. Again, fought to give us every deal and break they could to make the numbers work for our life. Went in looking at a 16 Cruze & 18 Malibu, they sold me a brand new 2025 Elantra and couldn’t have felt better about the decision Jim, Alfonso, Mike…Thank you for everything. You made a harrowing ordeal feel so much easier than I could imagine.
2020 Lexus RX 450h review
It be good car for you. Comfortable and nice to front seat are nice but seat bottoms get hard so need a cushion but other than that very good.

2016 Lexus RX 450h review
I love everything about this car. It handles great. The layout of the dash is perfect. The gas mileage is outstanding. The hatch back is great for golf clubs, hiking gear and biking gear. There is plenty of room for anything.

2013 Lexus RX 450h review
Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.
