BMW of Rockville review
I thought the BMW dealership was beautiful and appreciated the attentiveness of my sales representative, Suvin Viswanathan. I never felt pressured, and he allowed me to explore their different models without limiting my drive time. I thought their pricing was fair
2024 Lexus ES 300h review
I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

Cars2Us FairfaxReviews
Cars2Us Fairfax review
I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the entire team. I recently purchased a BMW X3 M Competition from out of state, traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First off, this wasn't just any vehicle. It was a highly desirable X3 M Competition in an incredible color combination a hot car that was getting plenty of attention. Buying a vehicle like this from hundreds of miles away requires a certain level of trust, and this team earned mine from day one. They were extremely responsive, provided every photo, video, detail, and piece of information I requested, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They accepted my deposit and agreed to hold the vehicle for approximately a week until I could make the trip down. What impressed me most was that they honored that commitment despite receiving multiple other offers on the car. As a Special Forces veteran, integrity, honor, and keeping your word are principles I take seriously. When someone gives me their word, I expect them to stand behind it. This dealership did exactly that. They could have easily entertained other offers, but instead, they stood by their commitment. That tells me everything I need to know about the character of the people I was doing business with. Their customer service went above and beyond the actual sale. They even offered to arrange an Uber to pick me up from the airport when I landed. They also offered to have the vehicle shipped directly to me in Massachusetts, which is a fantastic option for anyone purchasing from out of state who can't make the trip. And speaking of being a car guy, I know exactly what I want when I'm buying a vehicle, and I absolutely hate wasting time. I don't want to spend half a day sitting in a dealership, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, surprises, or games. I came with my own financing already arranged, and these guys respected my time. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away, I was there for maybe one hour total. That's how buying a car should be. Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. No surprises, no disappointments, no excuses. Everything they told me about the car was accurate, and everything they promised was delivered. I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and I can tell you that this level of honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail is not something you find everywhere. They didn't just sell me an incredible vehicle. They demonstrated integrity, respected my time, and earned my trust. To me, that means more than any sales pitch ever could. Whether you're local or buying from halfway across the country, don't hesitate to do business with this team. They'll provide the information you need, help coordinate transportation, arrange shipping if necessary, and make the entire experience as seamless as possible.
2013 Lexus LS 460 review
I purchased the car new in 2013 and it was the best choice i could have made. I have had no problems, just new tires and and a battery. I did all of my service checks when needed and had no problems. I’m sorry that they no longer make this car.

Pohanka Lexus review
I live in Indiana and was searching for a Lexus LC500 on Cars.com. I couldn't believe I found the year, the color and the interior I wanted at Pohanka Lexus in Virginia. They responded the same day and after I called back, I was put in touch with Maren Reynolds. Maren is incredible! She's super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, listened to my concerns and kept in constant contact with calls, texts and videos. My car was delivered right to my house in perfect condition! I highly recommend Pohanka Lexus and Maren!

Buying my car here was actually a really smooth experience. The team didn’t make things feel stressful or rushed. They worked with me, not against me, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I’m glad I chose this place and definitely a solid dealership.
2018 Lexus IS 300 review
Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

2021 Lexus RX 350 review
I love my new RX350! I love the Atomic silver and the styling. The technology is not real user friendly, but it can do a lot! It’s nice to drive, since it is so quiet and smooth riding. I paid cash but still hand to pay full retail price for the Certified 2021 with low miles. The dealership in Tulsa was great, though.

Pohanka Lexus review
We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. We had been working with three Lexus dealers to get the vehicle we wanted and Maren was the only sales person to keep in contact and supply updates as to when the color and interior we specified would possibly be available. The whole process went extremely well and Maren supplied us with all the assistance we needed to get the job done. We are very happy with our new Lexus GX 550 and the professional courtesy we were provided while completing the purchase.

The highest Luxury and comfort combined with the highest reliability and peace of mind, it keeps giving year after year! This car has checked all the boxes for me and keeps me satisfied in every respect, i dont feel the need for anything else or anything different! Prior to this i have driven all the flagships mercedes S , BMW 7 , and various others, nothing has provided the overall satisfaction or long term trouble free experience! Owned it for 6 years and i have put on 86k miles, i have total of 146k miles on it still drives like brand new!

Part time Delaware resident but my dream car became available in Maryland. Across the state lines, Emmanuel did amazing work to make the purchase seamless! Answered numerous questions and concerns via text with record response time. Further worked magic with my husband in Maryland to finalize the purchase and had it delivered to our Maryland home which is 30 miles from the dealership. Emmanuel earned this sale and my respect! All positive on this experience and would highly recommend Emmanuel if you are looking for a Lexus.

I’ve had my 2024 RX 350 Premium AWD 5-door SUV (4x4) for a month now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The sleek black finish and luxurious interior give it a premium feel that matches its smooth ride. The AWD handles all road conditions like a dream, and the cabin is quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Lexus has really nailed the balance between performance and luxury with this model. Every feature feels well thought out, making drives enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this SUV to anyone looking for comfort, style, and capability!

Koons Annapolis Toyota review
All aspects of my experience at Koons Toyota of Annapolis were very good. I have no complaints even after weeks, and the times I've contacted the dealership after our purchase.
2016 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Great to deal with, responsive, competitive , good communication and customer. While I postponed my decision on purchasing I would circle back when I decide to buy.
2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

Great sales representative he was patient and explained the car features. A lot to learn. Financing could have given me better deal financing. Not much personality in that department .

Love this car! I’m a 60 year old female , I lease this Lexus and it’s so much fun to drive! Love the sleek look, the sport mode, the radio rocks! Not one complaint… I looked around… decided on the V6, IS 350, and it’s a pure joy to drive! You won’t regret it!

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

2014 Lexus IS 350 review
Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.

Great customer service from the beginning and they called to give updates. Overall, best service I've encountered.
2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

From the very first phone call Ahmed was just great! He had the truck we were interested in ready and waiting for us to checkout and test drive. He made the buying process a breeze and even had a replacement part for a tire sensor that was bad (which was the only issue with the truck.) If you're looking for an honest, straight forward and stress free car buying experience make sure you check out Ahmed and Nazzal Auto Group!

2019 Lexus ES 350 review
I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

King Kia review
Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. The dealer didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it from a different dealer. The process was quick and easy!!! Felipe also called me the day after to make sure I was happy with the car. Everyone I met was very courteous and friendly. r Felipe is definitely the best person for your next car purchase!
2015 Lexus NX 200t review
Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

2018 Lexus GX 460 review
Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.
