I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. I have purchased Mercedes, Audi, and other luxury brands, but this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had purchasing a car. 2021 Lexus RC 350 review
I just recently leased a 2021 RC 350 F Sport Black Line Edition and I find it to be an amazing car. I’ve now owned it for a month. The car is really beautiful both inside and out. It’s quiet, unless you’re pounding the throttle, which sounds fantastic. It’s very well-built, the interior is extremely bespoke with rich materials (this was very important to me). Performance is perfectly fine for me, but I have the V6. It moves quickly and will do what you want it to do, but it’s not the most powerful car I’ve ever driven. I say this in comparison the the RC 200T that I traded since that had the base four cylinder and really lacked power off the line where the V6 does not. Still, it’s not as quick as you’d expect, but it’ll do you just fine for daily driving. Mine is fully loaded with all options. I find it roomy enough for me, but the rear seat is horribly tight. The trunk is fine and I’d say spacious enough. Only one thing bothers me about this car, and it’s not the notorious infotainment system which doesn’t bother me at all—it’s the fuel economy. The car has some of the worst economy of any vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned Buick’s, both V8 and V6, that got far higher MPGs. It doesn’t help that the gas tank is small and the engine requires premium fuel. Outside of that, the car looks stunning, feels very rich, and is surprisingly satisfying to drive. I look forward to every day I’m able to get behind the wheel of it. I would recommend without reservation if MPGs are not a concern for you and if price is not an object—the car (fully loaded) is not cheap, and hardly a bargain—but still worth it.

2024 Lexus LC 500 review
While it is early, only 350 miles driven, the LC 500 is everything I thought and more. The interior is fantastic and the sharp exterior is something to see in person (Pictures does not do this vehicle any justice). Great handling and quick to accelerate. I had a Corvette person drive the LC and his comment was, "I would buy this car over the newer Corvettes!" Granted that is one person's opinion, but I was floored by his comment. To keep it simple, for the money, unless you're wanting a sports car (Porsche 911 etc...), NO DOUBT this is the best car on the market for the price!!!

2015 Lexus RC 350 review
Good handling cars. They are very sporty and fun to drive. Strong reliability, Overall it's a sports coupe with a performance engine. Different drive mode selector, I enjoy using the paddle shifters on sport plus mode. Seats are comfy, very nice interior design. So many nice things about this car.

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

i love this fsport model. its fun to drive and has a luxury feel as well. i enjoy the economy, normal and sport mode options. the leather interior is classy and sporty. plenty of kick in this engine for a fast ride!

2015 Lexus RC 350 review
Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

2015 Lexus RC F review
This is the best car I’ve ever owned. So reliable and very fun to drive. The 2UR-GSE 5.0 liter V-8 mated to the 8-speed transmission is a perfect combination. Ordered mine in December 2014 and it arrived in late January 2015 and was in my garage the next day. After 10 1/2 years of ownership, I still love it. No regrets. I also own a 2018 LC 500 purchased new, great looking car but the RCF is, in my opinion, more fun to drive than the LC 500. Sorry to hear about 2025 being the last year for the RCF. With that news, I don’t plans to sell mine.

2018 Lexus LC 500 review
Plenty of positive reviews to read and all legit. I will give you the small list of cons. Coming from a BMW. First. Make sure it has BSM. The car is on the bigger side and in the 1.5 years of owning I’ve probably had about 5 or 6 blind spot scares even with the lights in the mirrors. Never had this issue with any other car. Always look twice over your shoulder. That’s the biggest issue. Also some cars tend to click or clunk on stop or rolling throttle or brake. It’s usually an A-pillar issue that needs padding and tightened. Small but annoying. And last, door handle. Will stop working due to water getting into the mechanical parts and replacing is pricey. This should’ve been addressed by Lexus but wasn’t. Those are the cons. This car is awesome and worth every dime. Sounds great. Looks great. Feels great. Drives great. I love it. You will too. Don’t settle for an RCF, IS500 or a faster BMW that everyone has. It’s a great GT. And very unique.

I've own mine since 2018 and it's been amazing! I have to get my LC500 fix every day even if it's just to drive it around the block a couple of times. I wish I could afford two. One to drive and another to keep so when this one wears out I'll have another one on hand. :).

Good space for two people. The back seats are uncomfortable. Eats a lot of gas! Had it for daily usage, work, take kid to school. I trusted it a lot. Once got hit by an SUV in the front and my car protected me a lot. Recommended for safety.

After much copious research I bought a 2019 Malibu LT from Diamond Jim’s, my first experience with the dealership. Joe and Perry were knowledgeable, fair, and easy to work with—no high pressure tactics. No need to haggle and browbeat the staff, either, for a deal. The price of the car was previewed on Carfax, given “a good price” rating for its overall specs, and proved so upon inspection with no hidden after-market products to jack up the published price. Too bad there was no Diamond Jim’s when I bought my first used car way back in the 20th Century from a different dealership that filled the transmission case with sawdust to make it run smooth for a month.

1992 Lexus SC 400 review
First saw this car featured in the 1991 July edition of Road&Track while sitting at a dental clinic. I was 18, a freshman in college driving a beat up Corolla needing a root canal. Dentist passing by saw my jaw drop open and told me to keep it that way later when it's my turn. A sleek 250hp V8 coupe that rocked 16" rims, a premium Nakamichi sound system that came with an optional 12in cd changer, does 0-60 in 6.7secs-I told myself I'll own one someday. 15 yrs later I bought my neighbor's '93. Bulletproof 1UZFE motor. Turnkey car that's buttery smooth in stock form but has potential to become a wild animal whenever mated either simply collectors/headers along with hollow cats on a full NA build - I couldn't get enough of the exhaust pulses through the headers it emits, really awesome! I've done almost everything to it (except FI, sadly it's too much $$$), but I've converted it's only factory option 'auto'slushbox into a 5spd manual (sourced an SC300's trans + drive shaft, mated it to an aftermarket bellhousing), tuner parts -- big win lip, 5zigen exhaust tips, mandrel bends, repainted to paint code Lexus 3R7, Bilstein shocks, H&R sport springs, lowered it to a credit card fender gap-because -moar-low-on-stretched-tire-you name it..After all these years (17), it's time to retire it (just purchased an Audi RS3). However, as much fun I know I will be having with the RS3, I'm still keeping the SC -- after all, the SC's got the RS3 by having that one more extra pedal ---the new universal symbol of 'OG car enthusiast approved'.

1997 Lexus SC 400 review
Driving this car was pure pleasure! Sporty hold the road performance. Always hugged that curve. One of the most comfortable cars I've ever driven or been a passenger in. Back seating is very marginal, but what the heck everything else was perfect. Love, love, loved the memory seats. Sound system was great too. Couldn't find anything bad to say about this car. Too bad Lexus discontinued this line. My car died in an accident, I'm in mourning, and looking for a replacement.
