On 11/2/2021-I took my car to have the recall for my hood serviced. Cynthia took care of me in the service department. She was friendly and kept letting me know how much longer is was going to be. I was serviced in the time she had told me. I had forgotten to ask them to look and a piece of rubber that was hanging down. She quickly had someone fix it for me. Very pleased with southern Nissan of Orlando.

Beautiful car inside and out, lots of space, quiet and smooth ride steering wheel is my favorite everything is smooth. Once you Learn all the features you’ll be in love!!

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

Bought a 2024 Tucson SEL. Overall I love it. I’ve noticed in the less than two weeks I’ve owned it a couple of flaws. The automatic RADIO volume adjustment does not appear to work. And more problematic and safety oriented is the driver side sun visor. It is not the expandable (slider) variety. So you have to take your eyes off of traffic and duck your head to push it to the driver side window. NOT GOOD.

I have been servicing my car here for several years and been pleased with the quality and friendliness of the dealership. I recently decided to replace my car and wanted to look at the new CR V. In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!

They were very easy to work with but I didn’t see the flaws in the paint in the photos online. However I love the car even though it is a bit beat up. It is a 2014 after all.

Got my 08 ISF in 09 just hit 155K keep it in tip top condition. My daily driver, triple digits MPH are not uncommon on the daily. :) Love this car and the rarity of it. Seems to be catching on in the social verses these days as im getting increased compliments over the past 2 years. I plan on keeping it well into its classic age

My 2022 Lexus ES 300h F-Sport Ultra Luxury in the Ultrasonic blue mica 2.0 is simply stunning! I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle
