Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

Tim is the best service manager at Lexus Santa Monica, he's funny, always happy and chipper, always eager to help in any and all ways. Tim hears me out, never disregards my comments and always makes sure my car is fixed smoothly and quickly.

Style, performance and reliability are great, but the tinny sound on the left front door when closing and outdated dash diminishes the car . This is my 3 rd Lexus. I bought this my current ES 350 F used from a dealer during its current model year.

I’m about 2500 miles into purchasing this car used with 28k miles on it. It still feels brand new. I love the power, the comfort, the style, and can’t beat Lexus reliability and resale value. This is my first luxury car, but not my first Toyota. It feels like a very fancy and wonderfully quiet Toyota.

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.

I'll start with this - I hate car dealerships and the entire car buying experience. Always feels like at least half my day is wasted playing mental games and arm wrestling for a few thousand dollars discount. Enter Tina Reyna into the picture. I cannot recommend her enough! She's not your typical car salesperson who makes you deal with all the negotiations at the dealership, playing mind games so you'd walk out the door with something that you didn't truly want. In this day and age where inventory is often low and you might not get the exactly color or trim you're looking for - it's really easy to have a dealership push a car down your throat just to get a deal done. Tina is patient, resourceful, and puts in the extra work to do all the research for you. She gives you a full picture of on the lot and incoming vehicles, with detailed arrival dates and expectations to help you plan your time accordingly. She's great to work with, and will go to bat for you to get the deal that makes sense for you. More than that - you can deal with all of this from the comforts of your home, so that when you head to the dealership, you've got the exact deal and car that you're looking for. Tina isn't your typical "pushy" salesperson. As a result, I feel like I could trust her insights. She never makes you make a quick decision that you're not ready for, which I understand is counterintuitive if a sales wants to make a deal - but she wins me over with her honesty and integrity. We were in the market for a Lexus GX and we walked away extremely happy with the experience! Seriously! Next time you're looking for a Lexus, give Tina a text or call or go find Tina at Lexus of Glendale. She treats you like a real customer and human being, not just a dollar sign or a deal for the dealership!

This is a beautiful car. I love the comfort size and all the options🤗 I like the rear wheel drive, love that it has a CD player.

Driver and passengers super comfortable. Mark Levinson sound system is amazing. The car is super fast for a hybrid! Depending on your preference for tires, it will ride accordingly. Environmentally better than a traditional cars with the hybrid system, it felt like a sports car 💯.

I own a 2014 GS 350 rwd w/premium package & 18" rims. (meteor blue metallic) I give reliability 4 stars because you need to know what state the cars is in and when it needs service, unless you let Lexus handle all of it. I bought it in 2019 with 90k, the front struts were shot and it had clear coat issues. Some fool lowered it, I got 2" back with stock springs. Now that the suspension is fixed and I bought a buffer, the car is hot~. Jumps with a throaty noise and the brakes are always at the top of the pedal. The 18" wheels make the car serious with 235-45Rs, brakes and corners have glue. Its not a top-end sports car, but gives you a taste with the assisted suspension and sport mode's high rpms. It also does just fine on eco mode in traffic going easy on its primo gas. (If it acts doggy someone used regular or missed a tuneup: avoid) '14 Lexus GS 350 will handle any driving job with comfort and class. Lexus has a track(s) available. Its almost as good as the F-Sport, but more discreet.

This is the second Lexus I’ve owned. I can’t emphasize enough how well made these cars are. The F Sport’s performance and handling are excellent. Interior materials are top notch. Atomic Silver paint is gorgeous too. I’m going to miss this model.

On April 15, 2024, I accompanied my Nephew Michael to look at a vehicle. He saw a small gray Lexus F, 200h on the lot. One on the salesman named Sam walked up to us and asked did we want a test drive. In which Michaels reply was yes. After Michael showed his license we went on the test drive and came back. Papers were signed and the deal was done. Ive purchased over 30 vehicles. 2 of the vehicles i currently own are an SL 63 Mercedes and an CLS S63 Mercedes. Sam was the best salesman Ive ever spoken to. He was honest, compassionate respectable and professional. How outstanding is the 4th Generation GS 350? It’s so exceptional that I just purchased my third one in eight years. My first was a ‘14 Sport and it was fantastic. During the early part of COVID when car sales were in decline I was at a Lexus dealership and they had a CPO ‘17 non-F Sport with 18k miles for sale and I was able to trade-in my 90k mike F-Sport, put no money down, reduce my payment by $30 per month. After a couple of years I really missed the performance of the F Sport, and the comfort of the 16 way adjustable leather seats. So, I recently traded in the ‘17 for another ‘14 F Sport. I’ve driven just about everything else that’s out there and I always come back to Lexus for the build quality, reliability, value, ease of city driving, and of course the performance of Sport+ when the roads beckons me to dig in. And this is easily a 200,000 mile automobile if you find one that was well maintained up to now. Now that the GS has been discontinued, you can find immaculate examples from $20k -$35k, depending on how important mileage is to you. I highly recommend limiting yourself to only authorized dealers or private parties with complete maintenance history because otherwise there’s simply too much avoidable risk. If you need the extra status and luxury appointments that come with BMW, Mercedes, or Audi there are plenty of pre-owned examples out there. Just be prepared for the cost of ownership.

BROUGHT MY 2001 MODEL OF THE LS 430 in 2010 with 100k...drove for over 13 years. I do my own oil change for the last 10 years...use regular oil don't use synthetic...for it will leak more. Also, I have been using regular gas for the last 12 years...milage is still great (20 local, 25 on hwy)...never change timing belt yet....starter die on 2012 ($600, parts and labor)...right now I just reach 450,000 miles....hoping to make it to 1/2 million mark....will buy another one once my die.

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

Amazing service!! Quick and easy and HONEST! I was emailing with Sam about an Excursion I was finally able to check out on Sunday June 9. Sam was gone for the day but another NO pressure salesperson assisted me at which time I noticed a unique Navigator parked right next to the Excursion which I took for a test drive. Left an hour later NO pressure emailed Sam an offer that evening for BOTH cars he could pick which one to accept. I returned the next day to buy the Excursion. It was simple and quick. However, as he was turning over the Excursion to me we talked about the Navigator, which was basically new and I would need to Finance to buy it. He said we will take my offer and I bought a second car on the spot. Since the car was virtually new I didn’t really need to inspect it as I probably should have. From the looks of the cars at Jims I could see they are in top notch condition. Well, the next day I pick up the Navigator take it straight home and put it in the garage and went away for several day in my new Excursion which ran great!! However upon retuning home I was coming down the stairs in my oversized garage and much to my shock I noticed a few flaws on the roof which was an issue for me. I immediately snapped a few pics and sent an email to Sam. Sam not only promptly responded assuring me he/they had NO idea that issue was there which I completely believed (yes he is that honest and straightforward). Sam had talked to the owner “Jim” and agreed they would take care of it. Sam immediately arranged for me to return the Navigator to have it properly repaired to my satisfaction! Now I help purchase at least 2 cars a year (primarily used) for my business, friends and family because they hate the car buying experience. I now feel I have an honest dealership I can confidently recommend. I rarely write a review BUT I just couldn’t let this opportunity go! Check out Jim’s Auto Sales in Harbor City at least but I have to believe this is how they do business at all their locations. Good quality used cars they stand behind! I look forward to more positive results as the Navigator is checked out.

This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability
