Was one of the first people there at 7:30 am. Was greeted by a KIA workers, she was friendly, helpful and last but not least fast. Work was done under 1 hour. When my car was done, they escorted me to the car and open my door and wish me a good day. My car was clean (vacuum and wash) my car is usually clean but I live close to the wood so daily I???m picking up little debris and it travels inside of my car. But you get what I???m trying to say, lol...

I purchased a QX80 from Nalley Infiniti with the assistance of Larry Jamison and Stasha. These two individuals provided a wonderful and seamless customer experience. Pricing brought me in, price was honored fully without shenanigans, and the staff could not have been better.
I worked with Tia Mack when I purchased my new Kia Sportage. Tia was incredibly helpful and patient through the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured. She really listened to what I needed and wanted out of a car. All in all Tia was fantastic! I highly recommend working with her if you're in the market for a new car.
Reid Glenn was my excellent sales man. I questioned a lease price quote and over came a finance fellow named Josh who made it clear he could care less if I liked the lease price quoted since it was determined by a Hyundai algorythm and beyond anyones ability to change..Take it or leave it. Now I don't expect a best friend when I buy a car but I do expect professionalism. He could have kept his lousy attitude or bad day to himself. I stood up to leave but Reid got me to sit back down and eventually leased me a Hyundai at a price and style that fit my needs perfectly. Well done. Proud to say this is my families 9th Hyundai!
The folks at Rick Case Hyundai, in Roswell are the best in the business. Without pressuring me to buy anything, they kept working until they presented me with the deal I wanted. Everyone from Sales, Finance, Service, to Management are friendly, helpful, and truly made me feel that I am more important than the business we did together.
Can't say enough good things about these guys - everyone from service to sales to finance were a pleasure to deal with. I had been in the market for a vehicle but had not been able to decide on a model. Stopped by the dealership in Roswell for an oil change and checked out their lot while I was waiting. After a brief chat with Darren, he was able to show me a few models in my price range and one of them was one of the cars I had been looking at. The price was one of the lowest I'd seen and they offer a 10 year/100.000 mile warranty on their used vehicles! They showed me the CarFax and the inspection report and before I knew it, I was trading in my old one and driving home in my new (to me) Elantra GT. And they paid for my oil change!
I helped my parents lease a Hundai from Rick Case. Mark Thompson was our sales person. He was fantastic. Very patient with my parents, very kind to us all. Explained everything (all the details of the car, and the process) It was 100 degrees that day and he was always offering us cold water. When I am ready to buy my car (in a year or so) I WILL look for Mark.
My salesman, Duke Johnson, was professional and extremely personable. Chris Bennett was quick, but competent with the paperwork. The entire purchase process took roughly an hour once we decided to buy a car. It may be one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I would not hesitate in buying from them again.
