North Shore Mazda review
We had such a wonderful experience at North Shore Mazda! Robert S. my daughter’s salesperson, did an amazing job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what my daughter was looking for. He made the entire process easy and comfortable without making her feel pressured. The rest of the team was also fantastic. Sales manager, Tom was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great experience. You can tell that they truly care about their customers. I am extremely happy with the experience my daughter had at North Shore Mazda and would highly recommend Robert and the entire team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making what can sometimes be a stressful process such a positive and enjoyable experience!

I had to get a car in one day. A terrible pinch for the dealership. They rose to the occasion with kindness and honesty and had me out-the-door with a great deal before 2pm. Thanks especially to Delane Sheppard and Levi Durst. You guys made a difficult day easy!
2018 Mazda CX-3 review
Overall, for the money, great value. Two minor negatives - visibility through rear mirror less than I was used to; FM radio reception inferior to previous vehicles. May be due to the tires, but at highway speeds, road noise is high. I'll try different tires when they need replacement.

AutoNation Ford North Canton review
I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford in Canton! Kentayvion Stovall was fantastic to work with—friendly, professional, responsive, and made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. They even worked with me on getting my new Bronco color matched and offered me a loaner vehicle at no charge while it was being painted, which I really appreciated. We also realized after the fact that we had left something in the Jeep we traded in. I reached out to Kentayvion, and he responded right away and was super helpful in getting it back for us. The customer service didn’t stop once the sale was complete, and that really stood out to me. I absolutely love my new Bronco and would highly recommend AutoNation Ford and Kentayvion to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Serra Honda O'Fallon review
I still have a few things to tie up with them, but so far I will give a 4 star. The wait time when I first got there and the detailing wasn't as good as I'd have liked. As far as the salesman and financing they were professional, helpful, and had wonderful bed side manners. They did an excellent job. The pricing on the used vehicle I purchased was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Nissan of Albertville review
Roosevelt waited on us. He was very helpful, had knowledge of car he showed us. He listened to us about what we were looking for. Even though we didn’t buy he was the best salesman we encountered that day. If anyone is in the market for a vehicle I would recommend looking at Nissan of Albertville and ask for Roosevelt.
2019 Mazda CX-3 review
I traded my 07’ Mx5 for a 2019 cx3 GT AWD crystal blue w parchment leather. I love the cruise control you can set it and it basically drives itself. It will slow and speed up, it also stops for you if you’re at a stop and you don’t use the (auto hold) or forget to, if you start to go and there’s a car in front of you it will stop the car for you. It’s saved me from having an accident several times. It reminds me of my Mx5 of course that’s not a fair comparison, but it’s fun like my Mx5 just as fun in a different way. I like the size and all of the options. But the main reason why I choose the Cx3 is because I love the way it looks. Most smaller SUV’s are ugly. But the Cx3 is different. That’s probably why the Cx3 is still in production in some parts of the world. Yes there’s a 2024 Cx3 and it hasn’t changed much in almost 10 years. Too bad it’s not still produced in the US. My best advice for anyone looking to buy a Cx3 is to test drive a few different trim levels. (Sport, Touring and Grand Touring) personally I can’t always see at night, so I decided that I needed the LED headlights and I wanted the Bose sound system. But after owning it for 5 years and 40k miles I think Bose car stereos are overrated. It shouldn’t be a dealbreaker the regular sound system is just as good. But really think about the features that are important to you, and don’t settle. For example If you want Car play or android auto, then tell the dealer that you want car play installed or your not going to buy from them and I’m going to bet that they’ll get it installed for you. Just keep in mind that the Sport model and the GT model are priced differently for a reason. Personally I have mixed feelings about the AWD system, it’s amazing how it works but I don’t think it’s necessary for the majority of people. Thanks for reading. I hope you find the car that works best for you.

Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. I had a family member go through drive time and I was not sure if it was a good choice. I can see why they picked Drive Time. Thumbs up!

2020 Mazda CX-3 review
I bought my Mazda right off the lot in 2020. Its a very nice car, very reliable, perfect for long trips, my only issue was that ot wouldn't shift while I was going up hills/mountains while i drove in regular, had to switch to Manuel to get it to shift properly. The back seat is way small for anyone to sit comfortably, and the seats are to hard to sit comfortably as well. But all in all I love my car i love mazda brand. I wish I would have gotten a bigger size and not the cx3.

We had a problem with our 2018 Jeep Cherokee and spoke to Hannah in the service department. She told us to bring the car in for a look since we were travelling from Canada. To our surprise we were met by Matt in the parking lot with code reader in hand. He took care of us immediately and we were on the road very quickly. This is how you look after people and their vehicles. Many thanks to Hannah and Matt. What a great service department. John and Kim from Chilliwack BC

Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
From the moment you drive to the service bay a service advisor meets you, walks around the car with you, goes over what you are doing. During the visit the technician videos the work and makes suggestions. Up to you to do it or not. Courtesy car wash. When complete the Advisor goes over everything and then walks you to your car. Outstanding service. Honesty I have never experienced anything like this. I don’t know if it the same in all Hendrick dealerships or particular to Hendrick Subaru of Southpoint. But it’s impressive.

Always great service with professional and caring staff for the last 20 years. Highly recommend.
2016 Mazda CX-3 review
Coming from an Audi - I was looking for something that would be just as comfortable and easy to live with, but a little more affordable. The AWD system is really quite impressive for what the vehicle is. I live in the Northeastern USA and we have some pretty darn harsh winters and this car has had zero trouble in in-climate weather and sub zero temps. I am 68,000 miles into ownership and it has been consistently reliable. I will say however that build quality is lacking - my left headlight is full of condensation and has already been replaced once. Additionally, as the vehicle ages, interior panels are vibrating upon acceleration which is simply unpleasant. The center armrest... a truly problematic element of this interior. If you are someone who is looking to purchase a pre-owned CX-3, go for a 2019 or newer and dodge the center console disaster bullet. Regardless, this car easily achieves 30MPG on average, is greatly practical, great in the snow, extremely comfortable and value packed. I would buy another Mazda but I am missing Audi ownership so I will probably replace this with an Audi Q5 here in the coming years.

North Shore MazdaReviews

2019 Mazda CX-3 review
Drives like it looks, sharp and smooth. (It’s faster than you’d expect) and I haven’t had any problems or issues with it mechanically. Bought it new in 2019. It’s been paid off for 2 years now and I Still own it…I Didn’t buy it to carpool, and thankfully I don’t have kids. My fiancé and I traded in our ‘07 Mx5 5spd and bought the 2019 Cx3 Gt AwD mostly to take on road trips and it’s been perfect for that. But it’s been used to do all sorts of things. It currently has 47k and it’s doing just fine. It’s the perfect sized car for a normal couple with normal hobbies. Don’t compare it to something it’s not like a 4Runner or a Cx5 and you won’t be disappointed or have anything negative to say about it. BTW it was recently voted “Car of the Decade” by Driven (NZ)

2016 Mazda CX-3 review
We had this car 2021 till 'l2025 accumulating 100k miles. FWD and 2.0l. it's super extra reliable. Never had any problems mechanically or electronically. Infotainment system is pretty sluggish tho. Takes ages to boot up and connect to the phone. Also it shuts off the minute you kill the engine. A bit annoying. Also since it was FWD the rear tended to slip a lot on wet surface. Like if you go a bit faster on a curve rear would slip. Probably AWD is a must. But if you looking for agile, dynamic car for a fraction of the cost tlwhich is really reliable this can is for you.

O'Daniel Mazda review
My experience with this dealership was great. The process went smoothly, and so far everything has been good with the car I purchased. I’m satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.
2016 Mazda CX-3 review
I bought a used 2016 Mazda Cx-3 Grand Touring with 120k miles on it. My Hyundai Elantra got totaled and I could only afford a new car with higher mileage. I always knew my next car would be a Mazda. I’ve owned it for 4 months which doesn’t seem like but I’m already so much happier with it than my Hyundai. My Hyundai has less miles on it and it needed a new engine a month after owning it and it was so unreliable. Since I’ve owned this Mazda I’ve had zero problems, super reliable so far. It’s very fun to drive, the acceleration is smooth and quick, turning is smooth. Only small complaints like my horn is VERY QUIET, you can’t even hear the horn if my music is on at all, so it’s a little bit of a safety issue when I can’t use my horn. I would like to have more middle console room as wel but the rest of the interior is spacious. The driver seat can’t be a bit difficult to adjust to your liking as well. Even with higher mileage and being a 2016 I already love how reliable it’s been! That’s the main thing I look for in a car. My next new car will definitely be a Mazda!

Love the all wheel drive . Excellent in gas , I really would like to know what the performance is in the snow . I won’t dare go throw flooded streets because I think the car is too low . Could use a couple of inches above ground

Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown review
I recently had my 2017 white Hyundai Tucson painted due to peeling in two small areas. Jeff, a service representative at Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown, was excellent in helping me. He brought me to the rental desk for a car. Jeff also kept me informed as to when my painting was completed. It took a little over 2 weeks. Any question I asked him of Jeff he gladly answered for me. I would highly recommend working with Jeff. Harriet Wasser
