The 2 salesmen I had were really great. My trips to check out and test drive cars were spread out over 3 weeks. No pressure, just patience with showing me and test driving used cars. Jeff and Chris were amazing . I will definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a car.
The staff was friendly. Sales rep I dealt with was upfront and I appreciate that. Many options werr provided, i had been pre-qualified online before hand so that helped the salesman. The buying process was quick.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My 2013 Mazda 3 needed minor repair to the front bumper as well as maintenance work, and I was able to get an appointment right away online. I was met at the Service Entry with helpful support, and Don Smith, the service manager, diagnosed the problem and told me that my car would be ready in an hour and a half. I never had a problem getting a achefule for oil change. Accommodation is good with Rocky Monsod as the service advisor. I got the CX-9 as promised!
