This is the second Toyota Tundra I have purchased from Roseville Toyota. The salesman Chris S was great just like the last time. The financing was quick and easy. I also use Roseville Toyota for all my services. They have always been quick, fair, honest, and keep my trucks clean.
My 2013 Mazda 3 needed minor repair to the front bumper as well as maintenance work, and I was able to get an appointment right away online. I was met at the Service Entry with helpful support, and Don Smith, the service manager, diagnosed the problem and told me that my car would be ready in an hour and a half. I am very happy and satisfied with the excellent service at AutoNation Mazda Roseville and feel that the low price was a wonderful. I would recommend AutoNation Mazda Roseville to anyone.
It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
The staff was friendly. Sales rep I dealt with was upfront and I appreciate that. Many options werr provided, i had been pre-qualified online before hand so that helped the salesman. The buying process was quick.
I had a good low pressure sales experience at Maita Mazda. Julio N. was my salesman and he was low key and honest from beginning to end. He gave me lots of detailed information on the car, and I never felt pressured. He was willing to match another dealers price. The only time I felt pressured was when I was questioning their need for more information on a loan when I already had a loan from my credit union.. I would have preferred we had that conversation in a private office than out in the open space of the dealership. Overall it worked out, and now I???m the proud owner of a new CX-5! I would recommend Maita Mazda, and ask for Julio Navarro!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
BEST customer service ever! Todd Ritter and his team are the best. Treated me and my Mom the best out of multiple dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgeable of product. The other dealerships did not take us seriously because we were women and did not know their product or didn't have a lot of inventory on the lot. I will definitely be referring them and go back when I need to upgrade. :-)
