This car dealership is not your typical dealership. It was weird, in a good way. People were friendly and smiling and no pressure to buy. They even had a cookout on Saturday for customers.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Ken Ganley Nissan Medina review
I recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Rose Strelbicki. Rose really listened to what I wanted – but, just as importantly, she listened to what I didn’t want. She was personable, honest, responsive, and a great communicator throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how straightforward everything was. There was no irritating back-and-forth, no pressure, and no feeling like I had to negotiate every little detail. Rose made the process easy and actually enjoyable. I ended up with a new car that I love, and I would absolutely recommend Rose to anyone looking for a Nissan and a genuinely pleasant car-buying experience.

Mazda of WoosterReviews
Mazda of Wooster review
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mazda of Wooster! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. My salesman, Danie, was incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted. He never made me feel pressured and took the time to answer every single question I had. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy. The financial team — Ray and Blake — were just as wonderful. They explained everything clearly, made sure I understood all my options, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. The whole financing process was quick and seamless. This was by far one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Mazda of Wooster to anyone looking for a vehicle. Ask for Daniel and trust Ray and Blake to take great care of you — you won’t regret it! Thank you all again for making this such a positive experience!

Found a 2014 Maxima last Saturday on Cars.com, emailed dealer. Return email Saturday night, set up Monday call.. had all my questions answered, wired money Monday, flew to Akron from South Carolina today and picked up an absolute gem and drove home 500 miles.. Thank you Kelsey (inside sales), Jim Copeland Sales. Tank was full, oil changed and immaculate inside and out (including engine compartment). Definitely will provide Jim an opportunity when I'm ready to buy my next car. Highly recommend this dealership.

Great Lakes HondaReviews
Great Lakes Honda review
I highly recommend Great Lakes Honda for your next car purchase. I just traded in my 2016 Honda Pilot and purchased a 2023 Honda CR-v Sport Hybrid from sales consultant Sita Biswa. I had an excellent experience working with her. Sita is professional, personable, and went the extra mile to provide me with the best possible deal, as did the rest of the staff supporting the transaction. I've been buying Hondas from Great Lakes Honda for over 25 years (this is my 5th), and have had all my maintenance and service work done here; the staff has always been responsive, fair, and performed quality work.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

I dealt with Todd and he made the process extremely easy. We were coming from 2 hours away and were able to complete most of the legwork before we arrived.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of the FallsReviews
Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of the Falls review
Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.
