Spent a cold night in our dead truck with our dogs after having been deposited at the service bay by a tow truck after hours. When they opened at 7:30, the staff kindly welcomed us and our dogs to the lounge to warm up, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed our pesky truck and sent us on our trip home. So, so grateful for your helpful and knowledgeable staff - we are almost thawed and making progress on our trip home…Erin, Dave and Siobhan plus Jim and Steve (the black lab boys).

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.
