Great experience, highly recommend! Samantha is a sweetheart, easy to get along with, and knows all the details of the newest tech gadgets. The sales manager Jordan was great to work with, very transparent, low pressure and went above and beyond to get our payments even LOWER than our "best case" target. Even the finance manager Ryan was great, easy to talk with, gave realistic "you don't need this, but that's a good idea" advice for the inevitable add-ons, and got the paperwork done quickly. All in all, a stress free, no xx trustworthy experience! Thanks for making it so easy!

this is the first time I’ve ever had an electric vehicle. Kia has been so incredibly wonderful. The customer service is better than I’ve ever had. Michaela is always been helpful. I will be looking for another car soon, it’ll definitely be a Kia because of everything that goes on at Ron Tonkon Kia. I so enjoy talking to Michaela. She seems so involved with all her customers. Makes me feel right at home every time I’m there

CarMax ClackamasReviews
CarMax Clackamas review
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

*Exceptional Car Buying Experience at Beaverton Car Company* I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Beaverton Car Company, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I reached out to them, their team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. I had a very specific car in mind: a 2022 White VW Atlas SEL R-Line with black interior. Finding this particular model and color was quite challenging, but the staff at Beaverton Car Company went above and beyond to meet my needs. They diligently searched their inventory and network, providing regular updates and reassurance throughout the process. What impressed me most was their commitment to transparency and honesty. There were no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. The entire transaction was smooth and straightforward, making the car-buying process stress-free. The customer service at Beaverton Car Company is truly top-notch. They took the time to answer all my questions, address my concerns, and ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I'd like to thank everyone at Gage. Selling used cars is a tough business. They do a good job and the family atmosphere is noticable. I recommend them.

Ruby Motors LLCReviews
Ruby Motors LLC review
Never did I ever think I'd be writing a review about what a pleasant experience I had buying a used car. But, that's exactly what's happening! Julio and Tasney (the owners) were a delight to meet and work with, and they made the entire process shockingly easy. The price of the car was very fair, and the purchase comes with a 3 month warranty. I found a minor issue with the interior of the car shortly after driving it home and I was able to bring it in the next day and have it repaired within minutes at no charge, even though this was not technically part of the warranty. Julio and Tasney are two of the rare individuals who actually follow the mantra "treat others as you'd like to be treated," and I'd happily buy from them in the future.

Jose Mesa Auto Wholesale, LLC review
I saw an ad Jose had for a vehicle that I had been looking for. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was of the Smart Brabus car, as they are not only totally different than any American-made car for sale...but have not "caught on" to the general public as of yet. Jose was honest about the items that needed repair. He also handled all the paperwork himself. He even worked with me to arrange how I could pick it up. THIS IS NOT YOUR NORMAL CAR SALESMAN! What a joy this purchase was...in more ways than I anticipated. Thanks Jose!
