Executive Chevrolet review
I previously left Executive Chevy a terrible review; I should note that the advisor who dropped the ball was NOT Steve in the Service Dept. He's actually right now trying to resolve this issue, which was unbeknownst to me. I believe in calling "xxxxx and strikes", and Steve is making an attempt to resolve which at this point is all we can ask for, as the previous Service Advisor did nothing. Understand there's a lot of red tape for him to deal with and we're keeping our fingers crossed he can work something out. I normally don't like to have to "MF" a business, but it was warranted because of past advisor ineptitude. Still not completely sold on Chevy's, but if Steve comes through it'll restore my faith in USA cars which I love, especially Chevy trucks.

Hamden Mazda review
I recently purchased a car from Mazda of Hamden, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Ahmed was my sales representative, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. Ahmed took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect car for me. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. The entire team at Mazda of Hamden was courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience. Amjad the guy at sales was very helpful. Thanks, Ahmed, and Mazda of Hamden!
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

Modern Mazda review
We took a long time searching for a new car at dealerships in northwestern Connecticut as our last vehicle was a 2013 SUV with none of the new safety features. Our salesperson Xavier was patient and extremely helpful in working with us. We were impressed with the Mazda CX-5 from the beginning, but Xavier waited nearly two weeks while we viewed other brands at other dealerships. We came back to Modern Mazda and worked with Xavier again to purchase the car and learn more about its features. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful. For us, it truly was the best deal going in Waterbury/Thomaston/Torrington. Terry and Linda

I had an amazing experience working with Xavier at the dealership! He helped me get my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. He was professional, friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. Thank you, Xavier, for going above and beyond! I truly appreciate your excellent customer service and dedication. If you’re looking to purchase a car, I highly recommend asking for Xavier. You won’t be disappointed! 🚗🎉

Impex Auto Sales review
Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.

Huntington Honda review
Recently purchased a 2016 CRV with my mom. As women, it can be daunting going into a dealership however both Gary and Glenn were professional, friendly, and respectful. They were accommodating and did not rush us as we looked at several crvs. They even brought another car we wanted to see back to the dealership, despite being transported to another location. The car that was purchased is clean as a whistle and the overall quality of the vehicle is great. Good selection, quick process, and quality customer service. Would recommend!

Janice is an extraordinary Customer Service representative. She reviews my Lincoln Town Car's service history and recommends the best possible solutions for safety and longevity on the road. Darren is also extremely helpful and provides his assistance.
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

I had a particular challenge where my vehicle order ran into extensive issues (beyond Lincoln's control) and the exemplary service that Lincoln provided went above and beyond my customer service expectations. My issues tested every level of customer service, from Dealer to Mechanic Service, to Corporate, and everyone in each department rose to the challenge. I am grateful to Lincoln for making a difficult set of circumstances an absolute pleasure!
