Had a good experience purchasing a Mazda CX9 at OC Mazda in Tustin. Carlos did a great job making us feel welcome and facilitated several test drives.
2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Got the Meridian edition and I absolutely love it. The car handles almost as good as a little sports hatchback. The roof rack does get a little noisy at high speeds but if you close the moon roof it pretty much goes away. That's the only negative I'd give to the car, but in the end that's something I can live with. Interior quality is almost on par with some luxury brands. Exterior design is far above any bmw or Benz in the segment. Plenty of power aver pickup when you need it.

Ben Alaalatoa is, in my opinion, the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is genuinely kind and courteous. He has the customer at heart. Isn’t happy unless you are happy. Goes the extra mile. My family has now purchased 3 Mazda’s from Ben. Cannot give high enough ranking, everyone I have talked with there are amazingly kind. Ben will always be the salesman I recommend anyone to. Thank you Ben for being such a wonderful person and salesman.

I am in the process of getting a new lease from Patrick Mazda and after some hiccups they have worked with me assure that everything is taken care of. I Had no issues with Kendall from sales this is our second time working with him and he has been great both times. I also talked to Dave who’s the sales manager to settle everything 10/10 sales. Finance could be a little more fine tuned to make sure small mistakes don’t become larger ones but overall pleased.

I had an amazing experience at the dealership, thanks to Bob Fuqua and Kendall Chattman. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to guide me through the options and make sure I was comfortable with my choice. Their exceptional customer service made buying my Mazda a smooth and enjoyable process!
2025 Mazda CX-50 review
The additional 6” in width makes the CX-50 do much more spacious than my two previously owned CX-5s. Cornering is much more stable. The turbo 4cylinder engine has the get up and go necessary for highway merges or passing left lane, driving to grandma’s house on Sunday Afternoon hogs! After owning my vehicle for just two weeks, there are only three negatives to date: 1. Poor explanations/directions in owner’s manual. 2. Poor gas mileage both HWY/City 3. No Manual Transmission option.

2026 Mazda CX-50 review
The CX-50 is a great car. The exterior and interior are sleek and luxurious, and it drives great. The combo leather/canvas seats are awesome, because you still get the look of leather without the sticky/sweaty feel. Responsive infotainment system and variety of control options (joystick, touch screen, steering wheel buttons) is nice. AWD works great for me in the mountains.

Stevens Creek Mazda review
Stephen at Stevens Creek Mazda was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and the best thing of all… not pushy! He was an absolute joy, and was comfortable to take a test drive with. He answered all of my questions patiently and he worked with me to make the financial end work for my needs. In addition, Ricky in Finance made the process of dealing with the contract simple and easy. I’m super grateful for the whole experience and would absolutely recommend Stevens Creek Mazda and Stephen in particular to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car!

Ramsey Mazda review
I took my car to Ramsey Mazda today for it's first service and Todd, the Service Advisor, was very friendly and saw things through from start to finish. The oil and filter were changed, the car was checked over and the air in the tires was adjusted to specs. All went well and I left with a clean shiny car on this wintery day.
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

Palisades MazdaReviews
Palisades Mazda review
Arrived at this dealership to pick up a car I had been discussing with Adel Brea, one of their sales associates, via phone and email. She answered all of my questions, called me back when she said she would, and even sent me everything we discussed in writing along with an attached offer. Adel connected me with Nikki Barboni, who is one of their sales and leasing consultants. Nikki was a consummate professional, which allowed us to get through all the paperwork quickly. I've heard horror stories of people spending all day at the dealership but this was not the case. She really made my family and I feel at home. When it came time to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't make the payment the way we wanted to, she offered nothing but solutions, which I really appreciated. Lastly, the service I received from the business manager Luis Olivier was awesome as well. He was very precise and made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. He made sure we understood all the financing for the vehicle by going through the contract page-by-page. He never rushed us, and only asked for signatures once we were comfortable enough to do so. Because of these three individuals, I will be referring as many people as possible to this dealership. Thank you for doing right by us!

Review of the recent servicing of my Mazda CX5: Words cannot convey my positive overall experience. The personal accommodation was unprecedented. My vehicle was picked up and returned through your Valet service in record time. Both the staff at the Dealership and those transporting the vehicle were professional and polite. The attention to detail was unrivaled. The continual video enabled me to watch and listen to the technicians as they worked. I highly recommend Palisades Mazda to anyone seeking a Top-Notch vehicle with ultimate service! Sara Roness

Mazda of WoosterReviews
Mazda of Wooster review
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mazda of Wooster! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. My salesman, Danie, was incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted. He never made me feel pressured and took the time to answer every single question I had. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy. The financial team — Ray and Blake — were just as wonderful. They explained everything clearly, made sure I understood all my options, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. The whole financing process was quick and seamless. This was by far one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Mazda of Wooster to anyone looking for a vehicle. Ask for Daniel and trust Ray and Blake to take great care of you — you won’t regret it! Thank you all again for making this such a positive experience!

2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

Rohrich MazdaReviews
Rohrich Mazda review
We just bought a used Mazda 5 from this dealership on Febuary 10. We had been in contact with Craig via the Internet and made arrangements to see the car. Since we were driving in from Cleveland, it was important that the vehicle would be there for us to see. We were so impressed with Craig and the other staff members. Their professionalism and friendly manner helped make the buying process enjoyable. Craig walked us through every detail. They even replaced the front end worn tires. To anyone looking for a new/used car and are not too far from Rohrich, definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed. To Craig, thank you so much with all your help. It was a pleasure working with you. We would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks again for all your help.
