I came in with absolutely no hopes of getting a car with my credit score. I hadn???t bought a car in almost 10 years. I???ve had my eye on the CX-5 for quite some time. I came in to get a recall fixed on my 2009 Mazda 6 and decided while waiting why not talk to sales. I met with Austin, we talked about a few different cars, he was very knowledgeable, I test drove the CX-5. Austin was able to get me approved and even though the payment wasn???t where I really wanted it to be, I left with a brand new CX-5, which I have been wanting for so long! I didn???t feel pressured and they were so welcoming! Definitely recommend Headquarter Mazda for car buying!
This was my first time purchasing from a big dealership and it was an awesome experience. I dealt with Tony Patrizzio for about two months until I found exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He was beyond grateful, I told him what I wanted, he took notes, and most importantly he had great communication. This experience went super smooth all because of him. I will definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car to go to Tony! He even gave some life advice lol. The day I purchased my car was awesome! I met Luis Arce and I told him I really wanted that car and he made it happened. He listened and was a great help. Now when I had to hand over my money to you guys, lol I spoke with Edwin Acevedo and another great help! He was patient and explained everything perfectly. He did would he could to get me in that car and I really appreciate it. So thank you Tony, Luis, and Edwin for helping me get the exact car that I wanted! I really appreciate their help and will always be thankful for this experience. They all deserve a raise. lol. :)
Just to start telling you I was not buying a car today will give you an idea on how professional, accommodating and helpful the staff at Sport Mazda was today 12/1/2018. At the end I closed a deal for a Mazda 6 even though I did not bring my previous car with me to avoid the hassle everybody goes through in a car dealership. I arrived at the Service Center without an appointment very early on a Friday morning. The moment I stepped out my vehicle Nick came by immediately to attend me. I explained what I needed and he took care of my car needs right away. Excellent, friendly and speedy service. Customer Service was awesome, as usual.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
I am a patient person, but almost a year after I purchased my VW, my patience is gone. I am still waiting on Frank Rowley to fulfill his promise of switching my spare tire to a full size. As I have always had full size tire spares, and that was a condition of my purchase. Frank has made every excuse, but ultimately has completely failed to fulfill his promise. The latest excuse is that a full size will not fit my spare storage, but he would continue to look for one for me. Really? No one knew that a year ago? And if it will not fit, why continue to search? My recommendation for purchasing a car from Frank Rowley is get absolutely everything in writing. That was my mistake. I wish I could take back the glowing review I wrote in January 2018 when I actually trusted Frank.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I bought a Dodge Journey from Posner Park. Wilfredo Acosta worked with me. It was excellent service. He was able to guide me to make the right decision. Originally I got a vehicle this past Saturday and I wasn’t happy with it but I came back on Monday (yesterday) and Willfredo and staff was able to accommodate to my needs and get me a vehicle with better offers. It is always a great experience working with Posner. Two years ago I bought my first vehicle with them. Would strongly recommend Posner Park dealership.

I liked the business-like nature of the transaction. No playing games like a regular car dealership. Everything right up front and negotiations were handled at one sitting. Also, they were extremely responsive to our requests with regard to the things in our eyes that needed to be done to the vehicle, specifically detailing. After the deal was signed and sealed and in preparation for delivery, they spent almost 2 hours cleaning and detailing the vehicle using every machine and product available, front to back, inside and out, to make our used vehicle look nearly new. I know this because I went back and watched the detailing crew have at it. While we waited they let us take my trade-in and go have a bite to eat. Didn't really have to do that for us. Finally, walking the lot is like going to a car show. They have seemingly every vehicle from Supercars to Smartcars, and lots of them. All with prices clearly stated on the windsheild. Its an impressive operation.
This is my second Mazda from Corey Fairbanks Mazda - I brought my 2014 CX-5 in for its 30,000 mile check up. They fixed a speaker, did an oil change, all new tires - they were honest and up front about cost of the repairs. They called me to let me know when it was ready and when I needed something additional done. If I wasn’t so close to paying it off - I’d definitely consider trading it in for a newer model. They’re a great dealership.
The service staff at Cory Fairbanks Mazda has consistently provided excellent professional service for my 2015 Mazda MX-5. They service advisors are always friendly and attentive to my concerns. The mechanics have always performed the service requested effectively and returned my vehicle as expected. And "on top of that" the shop provides a car wash included in the service! Thank you to a great team.
Initially worked with one of the internet managers and that fast and straight to the point. When I went in to the dealership , again fast, efficient and to the point. Next day came back and finalized paperwork and drove home in new vehicle. I spent less than a total of 3 hours from the beginning to end, what a GREAT experience.
