2024 Mazda CX-90 review
Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Outstanding Service & Amazing CX-90 from Mazda of Orland Park! We recently purchased the 2025 Mazda CX-90 AWD from Mazda of Orland Park, and We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional — professional, smooth, and stress-free. A special thank you to Chris Duer, who went above and beyond throughout the process. Chris was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. He made sure every detail was covered, took the time to answer all our questions, and made us feel confident in our purchase from the moment we walked in. The CX-90 AWD is a phenomenal SUV — powerful, luxurious, and equipped with all the latest tech and safety features. It drives like a dream and checks every box I had for comfort, performance, and design. The entire team at Mazda of Orland Park made the buying process seamless, from financing to delivery. I felt the customer service representative started to haggle with me because the person who made the appointment accidentally hit the “ drop off “ button when making the appointment on their iPhone. She told me that usually they reschedule the appointment due this mishap. She had a real attitude about it that I feel was unnecessary. I couldn’t leave the vehicle because I was without transportation. Mind you I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 8:00am. She told me they had all these vehicles that was to be serviced, and I’d be waiting up to 2 hours. I told her very aggravatingly that I was going to wait and that what she told me made no sense at all since the appointment was for 8:00 am and the shop opens at 8:00 am. I thought at that moment I was going to have a bad day and experience. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant at that moment. I think she’s in the wrong business or needs retraining. It wasn’t a big deal and definitely an accident by the cars owner that made the appointment that she hit the wrong button. Get a grip on situations there service rep. So the job took maybe 35-45 minutes, not 2 hours like she aggressively stated. When I checked out a different service rep helped with my discharge and exit of appointment and he was extremely pleasant supportive and professional. She should watch and mimic him while attending to customers. Also Joe from parts helped me with a quote for tires and was awesome . I hope that’s his name. Joe saved the day helping me on the tire quote. Please retrain the young female representative possible name Carmen. She could be toxic and you need to nip her in the bud. Thank you

I am in the process of getting a new lease from Patrick Mazda and after some hiccups they have worked with me assure that everything is taken care of. I Had no issues with Kendall from sales this is our second time working with him and he has been great both times. I also talked to Dave who’s the sales manager to settle everything 10/10 sales. Finance could be a little more fine tuned to make sure small mistakes don’t become larger ones but overall pleased.

Great experience; Professional, courteous, and no pressure attitude made the process smooth and enjoyable. The sales person (Troy) understood our needs and provided good guidance to help us make an informed decision. The finance department (Vardan) added to the positive experience by explaining our warranty options, while fast processing the transaction thus making sure we are out of the dealership in no time. I should add that we chose Sentry West Mazda over other dealers because it has high ratings, and we were not disappointed!

2024 Mazda CX-90 review
It’s been such a pleasure to own and drive the cx90! My only complaint is I wish it got better gas mileage. The AWD works very well, the inline 6 is more than enough power to drive the vehicle fully loaded with luggage and 6 passengers for 4 hour trips. Overall it’s been an excellent vehicle to own a drive. Driving is believing!

2026 Mazda CX-90 review
3.3 Turb Premium Plus The Bottom Line I really want to love this car. It looks sharp on the road, and the dealership/salesperson experience was fantastic. However, living with it daily on a Premium Plus trim has revealed several glaring design and engineering flaws. From severe turbo lag to a center console layout that feels downright poorly thought out, it’s hard to fully recommend this specific setup. PROS Exterior Styling: The car looks great and has a sleek, modern presence. Dealership Experience: The buying process and the salesman were top-notch. CONS Severe Turbo Lag: When you press the gas pedal to the ground, there is a massive delay before the turbo kicks in and the car actually starts moving. It’s completely unresponsive and frustrating when you need immediate power to merge or pull out quickly. I'm ultimately just not a fan of this turbo. Poor Cup Holder Placement: The cup holders are far too small for modern cups. Worse yet, if you aren't incredibly careful when putting a drink into the holder, it is very easy to accidentally knock the shifter straight into Neutral while driving. Awkward Shifter Design: The shifter requires you to notch it over to the side, which is a lot to get used to. Because it doesn't feel fluid, it's far too easy to forget to put the car all the way into Park when getting out. Disappointing Storage: The interior storage is severely lacking. The center console bin is incredibly shallow, and there is almost no hidden storage space underneath the trunk floor panel. Subpar "Premium" Features: For a near-top trim, it’s just not that great. There is no option for an automatic easy-exit seat (where the seat slides back when you turn the car off). Furthermore, there is no remote start on the physical key fob; you are forced to pay a monthly fee for an app subscription just to start your car. Questionable Interior Build Quality: The leather/pleather area right around the door handles moves around a lot. There is a ton of play in that trim piece, which makes me worry it won't last long-term. Advice to Buyers If you are looking at the Premium Plus trim expecting a seamless, high-end experience, pay very close attention to the center console layout and the throttle response during your test drive. It has a lot of potential, but the daily quirks are tough to overlook.

After owning several luxury SUV”s , the Mazda CX 90 with the inline 6 engine, is amazing and just as luxurious! The cabin is quiet the ride is smooth and have taken several road trips without any problems. We have been very impressed with the gas mileage on this AWD as well. The third row is ideal for anyone under 5.11, and it’s very convenient to have rear AC that can be controlled by rear passengers.

2026 Mazda CX-90 review
Not a BMW, Lexus or Mercedes, but it comes reasonably close for the $20-30K savings. Upscale interior, tight handling, fairly quiet ride. I purchased the second from the bottom of the line: Turbo Preferred with the standard 280 hp inline 6 engine. Easily enough power. Negotiated the $45.5 sticker down to $40.5, still expensive but way lower than even the Honda Pilot. Only complaint: 3rd Seat is ONLY FOR KIDS.

North End Mazda review
I had a very good experience with everyone at the dealership. Nick was especially helpful and a great salesman without being pushy. I appreciated his straightforward approach.
2024 Mazda CX-90 review
If you're thinking about the PHEV version of this car, here's my take on it from personal experience: Pros: Quiet Ride: It's super quiet, which is great. Nice Interior: The inside feels fancy and comfortable. Fun to Drive: It handles well and is enjoyable on the road. Middle Row Seats: The bucket seats are comfy and make extra space for stuff. Cons: Short Electric Range: Even though they say it can go 26 miles on electric, I mostly get just 20 miles. And it takes forever (like 13 hours) to charge, sometimes not even fully. The 495 miles of highway that Mazda states seems very lofty and exaggerated Quick to Lose Charge: The battery drains faster than you'd expect. Slow Acceleration: It doesn't pick up speed as quickly as you'd think because of some lag. Wireless Charging Issues: The wireless charger is hit or miss and really slow. Sensor Problems: The car sensors aren't always right. They've mistakenly warned me of cars ahead when there weren't any, which is annoying. Infotainment System: If you've used Mazda systems before, you know they can be a pain. Simple stuff like pausing music or connecting your phone can be frustrating. And you need the most expensive version to get a touchscreen. Final Thoughts: I'm not here to bash the CX90-PHEV. Just want to share what I've found for anyone thinking about getting one. If you're considering it, maybe look into leasing to take advantage of any credits. Overall, it's not a bad car when things work.

I always appreciate the friendly quality expert service and the quick turnaround. Comfortable waiting area with coffee, water, soda and snacks. They really care about the customer and I can actually get work done while I wait for my vehicle to get serviced.

Nucar Nissan of North AttleboroReviews
Nucar Nissan of North Attleboro review
The salesman Craig was extremely helpful in my attempts to purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue platinum. He worked with me to establish a budget that accommodated my needs to the precise amount. However, due to my recent purchase of another vehicle one month prior. This wasn’t the right time for me to trade in my car for the newer vehicle Nucar was offering me. I so appreciate the customer service sales support Craig extended to me and the expertise in knowing my dilemma and guiding me this process. When I’m ready to purchase I will consider working with him again for sure. My many thanks to him and all the other staff involved.

Autobahn USA Westborough review
Dan was great 👍🏻 The only complaint is that they said they detailed it, It didn’t seem like they did a great job The inside was still dirty on the floorboards and the electronics had some sort of film on it. Not sure what that was but other than that Dan was great, and the financing guy was great as well.

Liberty MazdaReviews
Liberty Mazda review
Review for service side of things- I cannot thank Liberty Mazda Service department enough. I used Liberty Mazda for over a year until I relocated and decided to try out a different Mazda Dealership. The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole. Jason, the Service manager, is personable and friendly and makes you feel like you are being cared for at a small business or local shop. Craig and George, my service representatives, have always been professional and gone above and beyond in customer service. It is rare you find a dealership service department you fully trust to take good care of your vehicle with honesty and integrity. While already rated in high regards, I hope Mazda corporation further recognizes its service members at Liberty. When it’s time to upgrade, I know exactly where I will be shopping. Thank you, Jason, Craig, George and their team.

Imperial ToyotaReviews
Imperial Toyota review
I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Imperial Toyota in Milford. Their service team is always accessible, responsive and helpful whenever I have questions about my vehicle. I especially appreciate that they take the time to explain recommended maintenance, what should be addressed now, and what can reasonably wait, rather than just handing over a list of services without context. Would recommend!

It was relatively easy to test drive the car and get everything sorted. My contact at the office Joshua was very helpful. I handled a lot of the insurance / financial stuff separately, but the dealership offered to help and seemed very trustworthy.

Columbia Ford review
This is an AMAZING dealership. We purchased a few months back. Our salesperson Fran was awesome. He didn't push. He showed us the car we wanted to see. It was just as advertised and sold itself. Jake, the business manager, was awesome. Everything was so easy. Brought the vehicle in this week for my first free oil change. Right on time. One hour as promised. Their on-site restaurant was great. I had lunch, and my car was ready. Full inspection and topping off fluids, checked brakes and tires, battery, etc. I wouldn't buy a Kia or Ford anywhere else. This place has got it right. Kudos on great customer service!!

2024 Mazda CX-90 review
Recently leased a 2024 Mazda CX-90 3.3 I6 Turbo Premium Plus. Love the vehicle so far. Considered a PHEV with huge discounts but was able to get a nicer 2024 I6 for around the same price, and it’s a much better vehicle. Love the interior and the styling. Drives great. No complaints. Highly recommend.
