2014 Mazda Mazda3 review
I've owned my Mazda 3 hatchback for 2 years and have used it for a combination of daily commute + trips to the mountains for hiking and fishing. It's fun to drive, well-designed, solid, and reliable - and gets 30 mpg on the highway. I've owned a lot of sports cars of the years, and, even though this is NOT a sports car, it is very well-balanced in terms of power, handling, and responsiveness. A lot of fun and very adaptable with the hatchback.

This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we've ever had. I'd give it a 15 out of 10. We're a Honda family, and making the drive from Orlando was absolutely worth it. Crown Honda has earned our future business. If you're shopping for a new Honda, ask for Frank Lovett. He'll be honest, upfront, and work hard to get you the best deal possible. My primary 'experience' with CarMax has been the sale of my 2012 Lexus RX350, high mileage car. The car was assessed, evaluated and taken in as a purchased rig. As usual, with used car selling, the price initially seemed a bit low, but realistic. In the interim, as a 'second' car, it was blocking my driveway, so clearing the decks was in order. The young lady handling the transaction seemed knowledgeable in all the aspects and paperwork of the transaction, so it all ran smoothly. I then put the check in the bank and paid my property taxes! There's a good chance I'll be back.....(I don't do this sort of thing every day!

We were happy for a good price on our 2014 Prius C V. It is is nice condition and when I took it to a Toyota dealer for a thorough inspection, it only needed about $150 extra dollars of work. It's a clean car and roomy enough for extra gear as my son is taking it to his first job on the east coast. Gas mileage was an amazing 50 mpg on our drive home. So far, so good!
2014 Mazda Mazda3 review
Great first car. I only had my 2014 for about 2 years before I wrecked it but in that time but almost 80k miles on it, driving it hard, from Florida to Maine to Montana and just about everywhere in between. She did me so well that whole time, only having some fairly minor transmission issues a couple months after I purchased her used. Acceleration/shifting could be a litttttle janky sometimes too but it was nothing I ever worried about and it wasn’t much worse than most used cars I’ve driven. Super comfortable with amazing fuel economy and great tech for the year, and handled like a dream.

Real people with real genuine care for customers I am a brand new member of the Madza family. I was looking for safety and comfort while maintaining good financial stewardship ... and found a whole lot more to be thankful for with Germain Mazda of Columbus. Keryon, my sales associate, was such a joy to work with during this whole process. I first met him when I came in for a test drive and later on discussed details of purchasing. It was like meeting with an old friend. Not once did I feel rushed, neglected, or pressured. His kindness and follow-up was a determining factor in my choice of dealership. Communication with Keryon was respectful, informative, honest and very comfortable. He followed up quickly with any questions or requests I had, let me know what he was actively working on, and even apologized for and kept me aware of any unanticipated delays. Morgan, the sales manager, made sure I was taken care of during this whole process. There was a brief unintended clerical error that she promptly corrected that inadvertently resulted in a misunderstanding on my part. It was dealt with in a respectable and non-judgmental manner to my benefit, without me requesting the offered solution. It was so refreshing to have a car dealership look out for my best interest. I met THE "Mazda Mike", general manager, who was very kind and personable. He took the time to get to know me and make sure all my questions were answered even though it was very busy at the dealership. Every employee that walked by offered a kind smile and asked if I needed anything while waiting comfortably at the dealership. I really felt genuinely "welcomed into the family". Germain Mazda of Columbus advertises the best price in Columbus. I can attest this is a true statement and not just a gimmick! I am absolutely enjoying my new Mazda CX-50 hybrid and all the features of the Premium plus trim-I highly recommend working with this dealership if you are in the market for a Mazda!
