Like a bmw but better. Has all aspects that my finances bimmer has but more comfortable and more room. The oy thing I found was it has an issue with unlocking all door using the fob.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

I bought my 2017 Mazda 6 Touring new, and have absolutely loved the car. It looks amazing, the interior feels like a much more expensive car. It's also fun to drive- agile, smooth, athletic. It's not a "fast" car per se, but it's fast enough, and has great chassis dynamics. It has been bulletproof, not a single issue with it. Gas mileage is quite good, too. The only criticism I have is that the original tires were too noisy. I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 season, and they are much better.

Another stress-free and successful service appointment with the professionals at Koons Ford Service Department in Sterling. Dropped it off for the scheduled warrant maintenance and enjoyed a pleasant ride home via their courtesy van (the driver was friendly and professional and the trip was smooth and safe). Later on, they called me that it was ready and scheduled a pick-up from their courtesy van at my home. Great service and support have come to be the norm for my visits here in the past 10 years. After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. Great car overall! Everything feels very high quality and ride experience is sporty and tight but still comfortable. But there is one pretty big issue with this car and it’s the infotainment system. Probably the glitchiest infotainment system I’ve ever used. But this shouldn’t be a huge issue for you if you value the driving experience more than the electronics

I love my 19 grand touring. It’s a great value. It feels like it’s well built. It’s comfy. And not many on the road. I like to bump it. Great Bose sound. But at 45k miles It’s been in the shop to many times. New turbo, new exhaust manifold, new fuel injector, new moldings - exterior, 5 check engine lights, about $7k in repairs. Thankfully all covered under warranty. I bought it with certified preowned. I’ll keep it till the 100k warranty runs out.

My goodness, this was the quickest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I was in and out of the dealer in about two hours including test drive. I worked with Todd in Sales and Amin the Sales Manager. Todd was super professional and never pressured me. When I arrived, the car was out front and I was test driving it within minutes. Todd was extremely friendly and low key and went through the features of the Mazda 6 while patiently answering all of my questions. The Mazda 6 is a true midsize sports sedan. The ride is comfortable and has plenty of engine power . The interior is just as comfortable as higher end luxury brands. The Mazda 6 has aged well and still can complete and win against the competition.

I have the new 2014 model but the 2010 Mazda 6 sport 2.2 180 is the best car I’ve ever driven. It has over 400,000 miles on the clock and still drives like new. Incredibly underrated cars.

I acquired my 2015 Mazda 6 used in late 2018. I have 321,000 on it now and it still runs and drives great. I have only ever had two service issues; drivers side lower control arm squeak ($400) and belt tensioner ($130). I do all my own repairs and maintenance. Still getting 34 mpg on the hwy. it’s not a race car, but has been extremely reliable and I will probably get another one (my 3rd in the new body style) when this one dies or starts “nickel and diming” me.

I love driving this car...one of the last manual transmissions in a mid-range, mid-size, 4-door sedan (and It's the same one as used in the Miata sportscar). It's body style (looks lean and muscular) is currently being copied by high end auto manufactuers.

I love my 14 Mazda 6 Grand Touring! In 8 years of owning it I have only come across a few less than desirable items, the leather seat tears easy in the perforated areas, the shifter assembly wears so the park sensor switch doesn't work , the brake rotors are too thin in the front and warp easily, plus I had a MAF sensor failure.

Best car I have ever owned and I have had many over the years. 100K miles with only tires, brakes and plugs replaced. Still get 36 - 41 MPG on highway. Fun to drive and looks great. Drives like a nimble athlete. Only downside is the display screen can be a bit slow to load. Blue mica with white leather interior still looks sharp.

I had previously had my 2015 Z4 serviced at this dealership and always received excellent service. I saw a 2024 Z4 advertised and in transit. I quickly inquired about the vehicle. I met a salesperson - Erin - who as a result made the entire experience very enjoyable. Erin is an excellent communicator and kept me informed of the status of the vehicle while in transit. Erin is very classy - what I expect from BMW brand. I didn’t feel like there were any games - e.g., this is what KBB says your car is worth like another dealership did. Rather, she said this is what we can give you sight unseen - which I was very happy with the trade-in price and it closely match what I had hoped. My advise: if you are looking for a BMW- go to Alexandria BMW and asked for Erin!

For reasons I've long since forgotten, I did not purchase either of my previous two Civics from Sport Honda. What I do remember, though, is that Jackie Barkley was by far the most direct, honest, straightforward person I interacted with during the car buying process. She replied immediately to my inquiries with detailed, unambiguous pricings that in hindsight also turned out to be very competitive. I resolved then to buy my next Civic - meaning now - from Ms. Barkley and thereby save myself all the wasted time and energy from the tiresome Kabuki dance of negotiating a price with a slippery salesperson who mostly speaks in squishy, quasi-truthisms. Alas, Ms. Berkley had since retired, so the question was whether her honest believability was unique to her personally or was, instead, representative of Sport Honda. Her straightforward believability is representative of Sport Honda. Working with Nathan Gelaye was exactly the same as working with Ms. Barkley. Direct, honest, straightforward. Hopefully this will be my final car purchase - if not, I will again be buying from Sport Honda in general and Nathan Gelaye in particular.

I bought this car about 8 months ago. It came with about 48,000 miles on it. Throughout the months, this car never gave me any issues. It has about 53,000 miles now. Just the standard maintenance such as oil changes, tires, etc. I'm so happy this car ended up being mine after a long search for a used car. Highly recommend it.
