The price was as advertised, without surprise extras, and the purchase process was quick, easy and so courteous. BB was an excellent sales associate and had everything ready for us when we came to pick up. Could not have been happier with everything.

I find this car fun to drive. I belong to a Miata Club and we take rides into the rural areas of NJ where there are many winding roads and this car performs really well.The suspension is a little stiff but you have to expect that in a little sports car. The only complaint is that it could use a little more horsepower, it's about 150 but the newer cars are now 180

Very good and no pressure experience. My only complaint would be that the car could have been detailed better. It was dirty inside in several places and the rubber mats had not been cleaned.

The ND Miata is an amazing car. It’s responsive, fuel efficient, and the handling is otherworldly. Seriously, my other car is a Porsche and the Miata’s handling still blows me away. They say the true test of how much you love a car is whether you look back at it when you leave it. I’ve had it about 1 month and look back every single time. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to realize that...yes, Miata Is Always The Answer.

This dealership's got some dedicated, transparent workers. I leased a car without my parents for the first time, which can obviously be confusing and anxiety-inducing, but the workers, specifically Bri, really helped make sure I understood all the factors of getting the car that fits me best without taking advantage of my inexperience with leasing and cars. The process was very efficient on their end, and they were so patient when I needed anything. Bri practically became my friend, discussing with me what might work and not work for me as a driver and for what was in my budget, all while maintaining professionalism. I'm really grateful to have had the Gem Mazda team to help me during my experience.

I owned a 2016 drop top, so this is better in many ways. Easy automated convertible, handles beautifully. Drawbacks: no glove box, horrible cup holder placement, no interior grab handles, sun visors fixed, storage BEHIND seats??, car leaks like a sieve. HVAC issues less than 2 years in.

I recommend Jerome Wilson with Acura of Wichita! He is above and beyond helpful as well as very knowledgeable. He made a stressful process much more manageable. I will make the multi-hour trip to buy from him again hands down!

Perfectly Balanced , handled is the best, drop top can be accessed with one hand, power is more than sufficient for highway and city streets.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Tina was a great help to me. She was knowledgeable, helped me with an auto selection and kept me informed re arrival of the Rav-4 from a different location. I would definitely recommend Tina.

Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

Harrison was only helpful the whole way through (NOT PUSHY NOR ANNOYING), only helpful in helping me settle on the features, colors, style, etc. and then finding that car for me. I went with a couple small scratches on the back of my car. Lauren the employee assisted me with finding the right color of paint and applied it. In 30 minutes my car had no sign of the recent scratches due to her so carefully applying the paint. I’m so very grateful for the caring and professionalism of Underriner in making sure what they do is very satisfactory. Thank you

Most importantly they solved my issue the same day. But almost as important, they arranged for transportation for me to get back home and be productive while the work was being done back at the dealership. I also appreciate the video updates and the ability to choose which recommmended services I want with a few taps on my phone.

After a bait and switch with Tucson Subaru where the quoted sale price of my Kia Soulgt went down 2k in three week, I went to CarMax. I had received an internet quotation that was about the original quote from Sabaru. Mr Davenport care the entire process, from a timely appraisal,to all the paperwork, to payment in less than1.5hours. Everyone was engaging, warm and professional. Matt is really helpful and friendly. Even though we didn’t make the purchase since I was looking for to get a better trade in price, but overall it’s very good! After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
