Beautiful facility and showroom. We had to search for a salesman, but once we found one (Ian) he was very helpful. He went through all of the models with us and talked candidly with us about wanting a larger car for our family. He was easy for us to relate to and talk with as he has a young, growing family as well. He took the time to show us all of the options (leasing vs. buying). My only request would have been that he provide a little more information on specials/promotions. I only found those by going to the website.
From the start this was an amazing experience. I checked out what cars I was interested in on their website. I talked to Morgan to get started and he was absolutely awesome! He knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us make the best selection. Ian was there to help with the process and I have never seen such a flawless hand-off, it was like they knew what each other were thinking, seriously! I am very happy with the Mazda 3 we bought for my daughter and I will return when I am ready to get my next car. They even stayed late to make sure the car was detailed before we left! Great work gentlemen! I highly recommend Morgan or Ian for anyone who is looking for a hassle free purchase and a great conversation during the process.
Morgan did an excellent job finding me the exact car that I wanted at a really good price. He also provided a lot of helpful insight and advice throughout the entire process. We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
Jamison was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the car very well. Did a great job demonstrating the features on a test drive. He was very helpful breaking down the financing and what was/wasn???t included.
Had a great experience at Groove, specifically because Jordan helped me find exactly what I was looking for... and put up with my countless model comparison questions (thank you!). I ended up with the 2019 Forester Limited and I could not be more satisfied. On multiple occasions Jordan ventured into the wintry mix with me (not ideal weather to browse vehicles) to help me fully understand differences in model trims and features. He was extremely knowledgeable on the various trims and package accessories which made it much easier for me to make my decision. He was also extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend asking for Jordan when you arrive.
I had to go to the dealership to get into a lower leased vehicle due to my son being born a little earlier than normal and medical payment being a pain. I was nervous as the old salesman I worked with years prior was no longer there and thought, oh great I want to go down in price monthly I wonder how this will go. But I called and spoke with Andrew S. Who told me to come on in and he would love to help me out. From beginning to end the process was so great! It wasn???t easy finding something that fit in that price range, but each day he checked in with me and him and the whole Subaru team worked with me and were truly all about helping me and my family out. How often can you say thats about a dealership? Even though I wasn???t sure I was going to go with them and kept looking around and comparing other car options Andrew was always following up and seeing what he had to match and how to help me and my family out. On the day we found our new vehicle the whole process was so easy and seamless for leasing a new car and every department was great to work with. I will be a groove Subaru for lifer now with all my vehicle because of this amazing service and our amazing sales rep Andrew who really took the time and really cared! Thank you Groove Subaru!
We came in looking to buy two cars, and Clay was very helpful. I was looking to buy a financed newer Subaru and an older used Subaru for my husband. Clay helped us find the right vehicles for us and our personal tastes in cars. Savannah in financing was also very thorough and helpful for us, and explained in detail anything we has questions about. Besides the actual car buying aspect, Clay and Savannah were both great personalities and fantastic to chat with while working on the car deal.
Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.

I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. I really, really liked the no-haggle car shopping experience at Planet Honda. I've gone through the high-pressure sales pitch thing before at other places, and it is not for me. Instead, at Planet Honda we had a very helpful and knowledgeable representative (thanks, Brian D.!) who was extremely patient with us as we tried to decide between used and new, different models, and so on. Brian went out of his way to help us find the right car that fit our needs and budget. This was the best car-shopping experience I've had - no pressure, just helpful, excellent customer service.
