I just purchased my 6th car from Sport Mazda North, and my 5th from "VIP Customer Care Expert" Zee Saidi. I started doing business with them around 1998 when they were named Fairbanks Mazda. I've always been pleased, and never disappointed. Having bought cars from Zee for over 20 years, I've always been impressed by his thoughtfulness. Several times, they did not have what I was looking for, but every time, Zee would give me a call in a week or so, as soon as they got in what I wanted. My recent purchase was a beautiful but older used car with just a few known issues. It was already listed with a steep discount. Knowing how much the repairs would be, I got exactly the deal I asked for. The process of buying a car can involve some "negotiating." Overall, I've found this dealership always honest and forthcoming, and Zee will go to work for you if you need more information about any specific part of the deal, be it financial or technical. I also have to shout-out to Ray Navas in the service department. He's got another mazda of mine in the shop but he has kept me in the loop the whole time with updates. The Certified Used Car warranty process is just as easy as you would hope it would be! If your'e looking for a new or used car, I highly recommend Sport Mazda North, and try to find Zee if you can. You may just have to wait in line!

I recently traded this car in ONLY because we wanted more interior space. It served its purpose wonderfully for the 3 &1/2 years we owned it. It handled like a dream and was super easy to park and get around town. I cannot stress it enough that the ONLY reason we traded it in was to get more interior space mostly for cargo.

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I bought a used 2016 Mazda Cx-3 Grand Touring with 120k miles on it. My Hyundai Elantra got totaled and I could only afford a new car with higher mileage. I always knew my next car would be a Mazda. I’ve owned it for 4 months which doesn’t seem like but I’m already so much happier with it than my Hyundai. My Hyundai has less miles on it and it needed a new engine a month after owning it and it was so unreliable. Since I’ve owned this Mazda I’ve had zero problems, super reliable so far. It’s very fun to drive, the acceleration is smooth and quick, turning is smooth. Only small complaints like my horn is VERY QUIET, you can’t even hear the horn if my music is on at all, so it’s a little bit of a safety issue when I can’t use my horn. I would like to have more middle console room as wel but the rest of the interior is spacious. The driver seat can’t be a bit difficult to adjust to your liking as well. Even with higher mileage and being a 2016 I already love how reliable it’s been! That’s the main thing I look for in a car. My next new car will definitely be a Mazda!

I traded my 07’ Mx5 for a 2019 cx3 GT AWD crystal blue w parchment leather. I love the cruise control you can set it and it basically drives itself. It will slow and speed up, it also stops for you if you’re at a stop and you don’t use the (auto hold) or forget to, if you start to go and there’s a car in front of you it will stop the car for you. It’s saved me from having an accident several times. It reminds me of my Mx5 of course that’s not a fair comparison, but it’s fun like my Mx5 just as fun in a different way. I like the size and all of the options. But the main reason why I choose the Cx3 is because I love the way it looks. Most smaller SUV’s are ugly. But the Cx3 is different. That’s probably why the Cx3 is still in production in some parts of the world. Yes there’s a 2024 Cx3 and it hasn’t changed much in almost 10 years. Too bad it’s not still produced in the US. My best advice for anyone looking to buy a Cx3 is to test drive a few different trim levels. (Sport, Touring and Grand Touring) personally I can’t always see at night, so I decided that I needed the LED headlights and I wanted the Bose sound system. But after owning it for 5 years and 40k miles I think Bose car stereos are overrated. It shouldn’t be a dealbreaker the regular sound system is just as good. But really think about the features that are important to you, and don’t settle. For example If you want Car play or android auto, then tell the dealer that you want car play installed or your not going to buy from them and I’m going to bet that they’ll get it installed for you. Just keep in mind that the Sport model and the GT model are priced differently for a reason. Personally I have mixed feelings about the AWD system, it’s amazing how it works but I don’t think it’s necessary for the majority of people. Thanks for reading. I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

I have purchased several vehicles from Driver's Mart (Holler) on SR 436 in Winter Park and also serviced those vehicles at their repair facility. I recommended my brother-in-law and he also purchased a car recently. Last week I went to view a Used Car advertised on their website and found a better car with the help of Earl. My brother-in-law's Sales Rep was Max, so I asked for Max, but Earl explained that he could help because Max was off that day. Earl turned out to be an excellent Sales Rep and helped me chose my car and I'm extremely satisfied. Also, very helpful was the Finance Rep, Joe, who walked me through various options and finance choices. He was very knowledgeable and concerned about my satisfaction. We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

Sales people and service are excellent! My complaint is my new 2024 Crosstrek limited. I received an email regarding the trade up lease program so I traded in my beloved 2021crosstrek for a 2024. I was told that since I was trading Limited for Limited the car would be the same as my old one, with all same features. Not so! First, the large 11.6 inch infotainment screen distorts and is hard to read when wearing polarized sunglasses. I find myself constantly flipping my glasses up to see or push a command. And the backup camera image is exceptionally hard to see when wearing glasses. Second, no built in navigation! Let me say that again- no navigation! Must use phone, which will be challenging this fall when I have at best spotty cell service during my vacation in NC mountains. Third- no CD player. Forth and most appalling- 16 mpg in city. Supposed to get 26, I’m getting 16- that’s right,just 16. If these issues aren’t important to you, then I highly recommend a 2024 Crosstrek and you’ll get excellent service at Sport Subaru. But for me, it’s going to be a long 3 years until my lease expires and I can go back to Toyota. I can say that Subaru is a safe and reliable car- the 2024 is my third ( I had a 2020 and a 2021 and I loved both) but it looks like the 2024 is a case of too many useless bells and whistles at the expense of practical and useful functions. And the poor gas mileage is unforgivable.

Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

Without going into details, this store has gone a mile above and beyond to get my daughter a reliable used car. I will go out my way to buy my next car here!

We've had our 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature model for over three years. It's a very nice, smooth riding automobile and it's surprisingly fun to drive. The turbo charged four cylinder engine has more than enough pep. The interior is comfortable and durable. Yes, we had to replace the cracked infotainment screen but all was covered with the additional protection plan we purchased when we bought the car. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another CX-9.

Upon arriving at the dealership, Kendall Brown greeted us with a smile. We asked to see the Chevy Equinox EV. He showed us the two trim packages and explained the differences. We did a test drive and Kendall explained the features to us. We were looking at another dealership and we were up front with him. He was understanding and was in no way "pushy". We decided to purchase from him. Our experience during our buying process was excellent. We would recommend Kendall and Don Mealey!

Owned this cx-9 for a year and a half and bought it new. I am constantly shopping for a new car, not because I don't like it, but I am of the belief that the best time to shop for a new car is when you don't need one and you're not unhappy with the one you got. I have not had any problems with the CX-9 and my only gripes about it are to do with the size. It's a little smaller than I'm used to. I'm 5'9", which is by no means tall, and I have to duck so I don't hit my head getting in and out but that could be remedied by lowering the seat which I don't care to do. I also regularly hit my head on the open liftgate. So yes, it's smaller than something like a Grand Cherokee or Explorer or the Highlander of the same model year but it's also a much better value, much better made and much, much, much better to drive. I live in an area with twisty hilly roads and I use the paddle shifters constantly. This is a fun car to drive. And it performs better than my parent's new e-class Mercedes. It's also more comfortable than that and easier to get in and out of for me. If you've got a ton of kids and junk to haul around, you're probably going to find this too tight but otherwise if you need a mid size SUV and you care about performance and overall quality, this one has your name all over it. For years and years I've had full size trucks so I'm used to sitting up higher and having an enormous cabin but I've been looking at them lately, even the ones with price tags nearly twice as much as this one's was and they just look and feel like such junk in comparison to the Mazda. Despite the smaller size, I haven't really run into very many scenarios where I didn't have enough space for my day to day needs, including taking home some 2x6 lumber which fit easily on the inside resting on the console. It's just that it's not as roomy and high up as competitors. So that's your tradeoff. It's a better made, better performing vehicle just that it might be a little smaller and not as spacious as you were hoping for. I really can't think of anything else to really complain about.

Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

My husband and I leased two cars from Martin Demerich this weekend. The second lease was unplanned, but we felt Martin listened to us and gave us a fair shake. We have never had Mazdas before. We're excited to now have a CX 90 and CX 50. Support staff also extremely couteous and helpful. One of the best dealership experiences we've ever had!

Upgraded from the CX-5. The CX-5 proved to be a reliable daily driver, that provided comfort and a sporty drive. We just need more room. So the CX-9 was the logical choice, and we ended up getting the Signature. The 3rd row is great for small kids only. The rear captain's chairs are great. The car does look good, drives well, the turbo has enough power to move it effortlessly no matter how steep the road. The only complaint I have are the front seats! They are too stiff and after a long drive 4+h, I need a break because my tailbone was killing me. Switched drivers' same story with the wife. So bought a kit and tilted the seat a little more than factory and that seems to have solved the issue. I am thinking about finding some CX-5 seats and swapping them out. Otherwise, the car has performed well, no mechanical issues in 30K miles. Your normal oil change and a set of tires. In conclusion, if you need a daily driver with some more room, that is reliable, looks good, drives well, ......this should be on your radar to consider.

Pleased, I expected as a small car that the ride would be bumpy. It rides like a larger car. No under carriage noise. No window noise. Very important to me.
