My sales rep Kevin Flores worked really hard to get me an approval, looked into all options for me so I didn?t leave disappointed. I would recommend and refer Kevin 1000% . It?s so many places I?ve been to in the past and once they see things are too hard they just send you on your way but not here. I also got extra gas and a clean up. Thanks so much Kevin!

ZRV Auto Inc.Reviews
ZRV Auto Inc. review
We recently had a terrific experience buying from ZRV Auto (Jan. 2026). ZRV had a hard-to-find car that my daughter had hoped for as her first vehicle: a 2010 VW Beetle. We had pre-planned travel to be in Brea from Northern California, and Zora and his family helped us navigate starting the buying process long distance. When we arrived, the car was waiting for us and was 100% what we expected from our calls and photos. The car was super clean! We had an independent mechanic check the car out and they said it was in really great shape. The paperwork process was fast and organized, and truly one of the easiest car-buying experiences. We appreciated Zora and his family's professionalism, willingness to help us buy a car (as opposed to trying to sell us a car), and the post-purchase follow up. Great customer service, honest and fair!

I had a great experience at LA City Cars in Inglewood, thanks to Alejandro and Dion. Alejandro was an excellent salesman—very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dion, the manager, was equally impressive. He was professional, transparent, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Together, they created a welcoming and trustworthy environment, which made a big difference in my car-buying experience. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend anyone looking for a good car and honest service to visit LA City Cars and ask for Alejandro and Dion.

I saw a Subaru outback onyx edition on car gurus. I message that I was interested in the car and. Danny Nguyen called me right away. I made arrangements to go the next day. He gave me a price for my car to trade in. He answered all my questions and didn?t give me the runaround. He was very polite and didn?t try to push me into the sale. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I would definitely go there again.

CarMax RiversideReviews
CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

I worked with Angel. He was extremely helpful and attentive during the entire process. We purchased an EV. He was upfront about issues and next steps. He allowed us to lift the car up and inspect the undercarriage. I would purchase a car here again! Thank you.
