I had never owned a Mercedes before, so I took my time looking at different cars and asking a lot of questions. I was at the dealership for about six hours, and Maria Sadoyan was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Daniel Harkins, the sales manager, was also very cooperative and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I really appreciated the way both Maria and Daniel treated me. They were professional, patient and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car rather than simply making a sale. I would definitely recommend Maria, Daniel and Mercedes Benz of Tampa to anyone looking for a Mercedes. It was a very positive buying experience.
