Montrose Westside Auto Campus review
We had such a great experience working with Jay! He was incredibly patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process..What really stood out was that he let us take the vehicle for a few hours on our own, which gave us the opportunity to really see if it was the right fit for us. That made such a difference and honestly brought us very close to purchasing the vehicle. Ultimately, my husband and I decided to go in a different direction and purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes from another dealership. It really came down to the vehicle itself, not the experience we had with Noah. In fact, my husband liked him so much that he almost wanted to go back and buy from him simply because he enjoys buying from people he likes! We will absolutely recommend Jay to anyone looking for a car!

Findlay Honda Henderson review
We had an amazing experience purchasing my new car! From the moment we walked in, Rumel already knew we were from Hawaii and was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle for the right price—not just making a sale. The finance portion of buying a vehicle is usually the most stressful part, but Reba made it incredibly easy and enjoyable. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail of the paperwork and financing options so I felt completely comfortable with my decisions. I truly appreciated their honesty, patience, and willingness to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. They made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail made a lasting impression, and I'm grateful for such a positive experience.

Mercedes-Benz of Nashville review
First, let me preface this review by saying that not only do I not enjoy car shopping, I definitely do not enjoy car shopping at dealerships. I began my search by emailing the Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager Josh Epley about a vehicle that i was interested in. Josh promptly responded back to me, confirming the vehicles availability. I let Josh know that I was not somebody that enjoyed dealership shopping and I'm not a huge people person.. He assured me that he would team me with the perfect salesperson. That salesperson was John Yount. John is very eady going and no pressure. I test drove the car and John answered every question I had. He is very knowledgeable about the brand. Upon returning to the dealership, we negotiated the price and made the sale happen. That process was pain painless. I can honestly say I have never had a more pleasurable and positive, no pressure car purchasing experience. I dealt with Kevin in finance, and that process was painless and quick. I would say that Mercedes Benz of Nashville sets the bar. The vehicle selection is great, prices are very fair, customer service is stellar. I took advantage of picking up a few things from the parts department while I was there and received the same great service there from the parts manager, Dwayne. Despite the fact of living in north Alabama, I will be having my vehicle serviced at Mercedes Benz of Nashville. This dealership is definitely dialed in. Thank you Josh and John for an amazing experience and an awesome car.

Brockton Auto Sales IncReviews
2020 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 review
I purchased my 2020 CLS 4matic Certified Used from a local MB dealer. With 47K on the odometer, the car was pristine and the major depreciation out of the way. Having the car now for half a year, I can say that I purchased real value to have a very fabulous automobile. I also have 3 years of full factory warranty. 2 of the 3 years warranty I did purchase at a discount. My first impression of driving the car was that of driving a smooth and powerful bank vault on wheels. I think this car does it all, and I would classify it as a true GT. The car handles and moves incredibly well, especially with the AirMatic suspension and the 20" wheels. I would lose the run flat tires in a heartbeat, and I did. There is no shortage of power either, or turbo lag, due to the hybrid set up. Last but not least, the car looks amazing. I have had no technical issues, save for a flaky oil level sensor, which the dealer replaced under warranty. Other than that, everything works well, and I am extremely happy with this automobile. Gas mileage is incredible, considering the horsepower on tap. Hybrid or not, I think the M256 engine is turning out to be one of the better powerplants that MB has come out with in a long time. Keep up with the maintenance on this, and you should have a fine running machine for many years. Oh, change the oil at every 5,000 miles, and not the dealer recommended 10,000 miles. Just do it.

I just purchased a vehicle from Scott Middleton at Cross Pointe Auto. He was terrific to work with. He was patient, understood what I was looking for, and ensured the vehicles he showed me were within my budgeted price range. All of the staff was helpful and supportive and considerate. They were all easy to work with, not pushy and so not what I expected. I am very grateful to all of them for the amazing customer service! I highly recommend a visit to Cross Pointe Auto!!!

Easy working with Robert at Lux. Transaction was smooth and relatively quick. Only there about 2 hours from test drive to driving away with new used car. Very happy with purchase although I traded my car with 3/4 tank of gas for one with less than an 1/8 of a tank. Thought that was tacky. Not the norm when buying used cars from a dealership.

CarGet Motors review
I recently purchased a vehicle from CarGet Motors, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked through the doors, the atmosphere felt welcoming, professional, and entirely free of the high-pressure tactics you usually encounter when buying a car. The facility was clean, the inventory was impressive, and every staff member I crossed paths with was helpful and attentive.A huge part of what made this experience so seamless was working directly with Wali. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuine throughout the entire process. Wali took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions with total honesty, and guided me toward the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel rushed. His dedication to top-notch customer service truly sets a high standard for how car buying should be.When it came time to handle the financial side of things, Kevin stepped in and made what is usually the most stressful part of the day a complete breeze. Kevin was incredibly thorough, walking me through the paperwork with total transparency and clarity. He worked hard to secure great financing options and made sure I fully understood every detail of the agreement before signing anything, giving me total peace of mind. The communication and teamwork between Wali and Kevin were flawless. They coordinated everything beautifully behind the scenes, ensuring that the transition from the initial test drive to the final paperwork was quick and smooth. It was refreshing to deal with a team that values your time and actively works together to provide an efficient, stress-free transaction.I am absolutely thrilled with my new vehicle, which was handed over to me in pristine condition. CarGet Motors clearly takes great pride in the quality of their inventory and the satisfaction of their guests. They have completely redefined the dealership experience for me by anchoring their business in integrity and exceptional service. If you are in the market for a reliable vehicle and want an honest, straightforward buying process, I highly recommend visiting CarGet Motors. Make sure to ask for Wali and Kevin when you go—they are absolute professionals who go above and beyond for their clients. I will definitely be returning to them for my future automotive needs!

Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly review
Erick Carlson was a true professional! He knew exactly what our concerns were, and gave us honest advice, never trying to give us a sales pitch. Some of the 2027 450 GLE dashboard and systems are new this year and need some time to become familiar with everything. I know Eric will be there if I need help. Thank you for a great experience in purchasing my dream car!

2020 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 review
I'll spare you all the positives and just give my thoughts. The CLS450 is the mild-hybrid straight 6 cylinder that replaced my honking big '07 CLS550 V8. The V8 gave effortless power, the 6 has to down-shift at least one and usually 2 gears when you touch the gas. The 550 V8 gave 28 mpg on the highway, I have taken the 450 6 on only one trip and got 29 mph (cruise control at 75 mph). The front seat are way too curved, sporty I know but I ordered the $1,320 #432/Active Multicontour Front Seats hoping for a seat that I could at least reach in my back pocket to get out my wallet...but these seats are U-shaped also. I like the $1,100 DC2/Acoustic Comfort Package...the car is very quiet. I would not order the $1,100 #463/Heads-up display, nice but it fades out when you wear polarized sunglasses. The $1,290 DA3/Parking assist package is only good to get the Surround View System which is super slick it warns you when you get close to the curb. I have yet to use the Parking Assist and it only parks parallel, not perpendicular as say Ford's do. The $900 DA-4/LED Intelligent Light System is great as are the $450 heated and ventilated front seats although but I don't understand why I had to spend another $450 for #902/Rapid Heating Front Seats. I've never driven a standard sprung CLS but I like my $1,900 #489/Air suspension...just me, you probably could pass. Enough already.
