Extremely Happy working with Mary Kodak with both our family cars purchases. Looking forward to purchasing a SUV with Mary as soon as the one we're looking for is available. First purchase was a 2016 E350 and the second was a 2017 S550. Mary made us feel cared for and was extremely efficient. Very happy with Mary

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge review
I recently purchased a pre-certified Mercedes-Benz from Victor Varga, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Victor demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle. He provided detailed information about the car’s history, inspection process, and certification standards. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, making me feel confident in my purchase. The car itself was in immaculate condition, exactly as advertised, and came with a comprehensive warranty that added peace of mind. What stood out most was Victor’s dedication to customer service. He guided me through the financing process with clarity and ensured all paperwork was handled smoothly. Even after the sale, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Victor Varga if you are looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable professional to help you find a pre-certified Mercedes-Benz. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched.

2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

Adrian was super helpful with assisting me today. Very honest and transparent great car salesmen !
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Silver Star MotorsReviews
Silver Star Motors review
I’ve had several disappointing experiences with Silver Star Mercedes-Benz during my previous visits, so I truly appreciate receiving exceptional service this time. Beatriz handled my concerns with professionalism, patience, and a genuinely positive attitude. Her excellent customer service made a significant difference in my overall experience. Beatriz is a great example of how customers should be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I sincerely hope Silver Star recognizes employees like her and continues to build a team with the same high standards. Unfortunately, poor attitudes from some staff members can negatively affect the dealership’s reputation. and i wish then to get fired immediately BR, Oliver

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

I absolutely love our Genesis 3.5 prestige addition! I can not say enough about the Service professionals! The service team delivered and picked up our vehicle at our home. The car is always serviced once, never an, oops we forgot that. ‘G’, our service manager is professional. He explains everything! The video clip is informative. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with. The entire staff are a kind and accommodating. The car is always returned clean and perfect! Thank you Genesis! Thank G! You are all the BEST!!!
2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

Helms Bros., Inc. review
I went to Helms for my birthday to get myself a birthday gift where I was assisted by Maurice Martin who was so pleasant, patient, informative and super helpful. I've actually never had such great customer service in my life. I purchased my dream car, a white C300 4MATIC and I couldn't be any more happier with the service and help that I was given. I couldn't thank Maurice enough, he was such an amazing sales person. I also worked with Reggie when it was time to deal with the financial part of the process and he was very pleasant, helpful and informative as well. Not to mention, the atmosphere was also extremely pleasant and clean. Everyone who worked there that I came across was very nice and welcoming. I advise you to visit Helms Bros in Bayside if you're looking for a new ride. These people are awesome!

Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet review
Sam was very responsive and quick to answer any questions that I had. The time to purchase was unfortunately out of their control as they were waiting on the title to come in from Lexus post lease buy-out. The dealership was about an hour and a half from me, so I only wanted to make that trip once - and relied on Sam to show any issues with the vehicle (which included video calls). Overall - pretty easy transaction and I love the car so far!

Benzel-Busch Mercedes-BenzReviews
Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz review
I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. Thank you, Hyunbin

From NY to Texas. Will let you know about the shipping and final outcome and one last point NO hidden xx fees like doc destination or whatever. This is a first class Merc dealer.

2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. E-450 4matic Cabriolet Excellent Ride from a classy and sassy dame.
