This is my second time buying a Mercedes from Star Motors Used car dealership. Tony helped me with my first car, and Justin the Used Car Manager helped me with the second one. I purchased the second one today and I am extremely happy. The Used Car Team is extremely kind, and professional. Justin made sure all of my needs were met, and the experience was grand. He always makes me feel like I’m important and my satisfaction matters. Thank you Justin, you are a class act.

Jeff Haas Mazda review
This was the first time I purchased a vehicle on my own and it was a very quick and smooth experience for me. I spoke with Mohamad and he made sure the vehicle I wanted was available, even staying late and coming in on his day off so I could sign all the paperwork. The trade in process went just as smooth! Thank you!
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

I had an exceptional experience at Audi West Houston! From start to finish, Michael, my Audi brand specialist, made the process seamless and enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Thanks to Michael and Grant, I drove away in my new Audi feeling confident and excited about my purchase. I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Porsche River OaksReviews
Porsche River Oaks review
Buying my first ever Porsche from this dealership was absolutely top tier from my initial visit to driving away in my dream car! The inside of the dealership is very well laid out, super nice, and welcoming. They have lounge areas equipped with snack and beverages on each floor and there is a great retail store too. My salesperson, Danny, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, most importantly not at all pushy. It was a pleasure to work with him and he made the buying experience wonderful. Ryan in finance was also great to deal with, no pressure, no xx, and made for a the transaction easy and enjoyable. I’ll look forward to visiting the dealership and take advantage of the fantastic “Complimentary hand-wash for the life of the vehicle”. What a fantastic incentive to consider Porsche River Oaks when shopping for your dream Porsche.

First time at CarMax and after a nightmare experience at a local dealer, was a bit wary, but VERY pleased. Reci was an AWESOME salesman. Answered all questions and made the process a breeze. Highly recommend this dealership!
2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Sam’s auto sales have such Great inventory! I had a great experience coming here , the best of all they have very good prices !! Thank you for all the help Mike .
2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

Quality vehicles, quality employees. Worked with Rojan who knows his inventory front and back and no question was left unanswered. I highly recommend this dealer!
2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.

I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
When one thinks of a Mercedes-Benz or the "Mercedes Experience", I believe it is this car that inspires the brand. Beautiful inside and out, an absolute pleasure to drive, fast with great 4matic handling and a luxurious cabin that leaves nothing to be desired. I did get my 2020 when the 2021's became available, but I stuck with the 2020 because I find this model year to be more sleek and elegant while the 2021 refresh is too stout looking for me (I also like the steering wheel in the 2020 too).

This has been the second best experience on buying a new car from Alex Wier. He took his time and was so very patient with us. I will continue to buy my next Toyota vehicle from Joe Myers Toyota. Usually it feels creepy walking into a dealership, but this place was very comfortable.

2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. E-450 4matic Cabriolet Excellent Ride from a classy and sassy dame.

Mercedes-Benz of GeorgetownReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown review
I have been purchasing vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown for almost eight years, and there is a reason I continue to come back. The level of service has consistently been impeccable from sales to financing and, most importantly, long after the purchase. I especially want to recognize Sarah in the Service Department. She is always professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. Having someone you trust when your vehicle needs service makes such a difference, and Sarah represents exactly the kind of customer care that has kept me loyal to Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown all these years. From buying the car to financing it to keeping it on the road, I have consistently had a wonderful experience. Eight years later, they continue to earn my business and my recommendation. Five stars!
