I have the greatest experience at Generation Nissan. I never been in a dealership that care about me making the right decision and that make sure that I was happy and certain with my choice instead of just pushing a vehicle like other dealerships. From the moment that I got there I was welcome by the General Manager Luis Martinez, he make me feel welcome like if I was just visiting a friend. He redirect me to a sales staff member Nicole, which she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and went thru all my options to choose features of the cars and why should I choose any of the types of the vehicles depending on my needs. One thing that I was blowing and so thankful. It's that she treated me like a human, I was currently struggling with some personal issues and probably was reflecting in my face, but she was making sure that I was ok and happy with any choice that I made if I yet to choose a car, and not just trying to just push a car to me to make the sale. Meanwhile Luis was working with the financial team to provide me multiple options according to my financial situation and best deal since I was trading in my 2018 chevy Equinox. He worked with me to make sure that I got what I wanted in terms of how much I want it to pay monthly and not go over my budge. He worked great rewards to me my needs and I was able to choose a beautiful Nissan Rogue Rock Creek. Another asked from me was that I need it the SUV to have a hitch, so he say that was no problem that they will order it and installed there. They ordered that day and after 2 days I was called to bring the vehicle for the installation. The service staff member Eric took care of me, and besides that they said the installation was going to take 3 hours, I was in and out before 2 hours. I don't know how this dealership was before Luis Martinez took over since he mentioned that he just have been there for a couple of months, but I can say that my experience thru leasing my new Nissan Rogue was great, I never been in a dealership that took care of me like they did. I was not just a client that they were trying to push a car to it, I was a person that they walk me thru making a choice that I was certain and happy with, regardless if I got a car or not. 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.

I have to say, this is my 4th stop within 3 days before I pull the trigger on the 2020 BMW X5 at Import Masters. I was surprised how I was treated considering I was way underdressed for the occasion. Most sales people would think WHAT THE xxxx IS HE DOING HERE LOOKING AT BMW X5. Edwin was very nice and made sure I was taken care of properly. All the staff are very friendly, even the little guys who are cleaning and waxing cars. They gave me all the information I need it on how to take care of the car. I highly recommend the place and make sure you don’t forget to check out and cruise around the neighborhood. You won’t regret it. xxxx a lot better than some other places I have been to. I advise you to make an appointment before coming in so they can bring it to the showroom. They have so many cars that almost stack on top of each other.
2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
Just got the 2023 gla 250 4matic. It’s good looking inside and out and drives very well, comfortable and sporty in perfect combination. My only knock would be the front seats seem a little small. You have to do a lot of option thinking to get exactly what you want and are willing to pay for but otherwise a good value.

2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I really had no idea what to expect. I am pleased to announce that, while having only owned it for two days, I am completely in love with this little SUV. Some of the controls are a little quirky compared to the 2020 Lincoln Corsair that preceded it, but I'm learning quickly and feeling more comfortable and confident with every mile!

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.
