Great service at the dealership; they always worked with me and helped me find a vehicle that fit my budget. I recommend them 100%, and I highly recommend the salesperson, Martin Lara.
2015 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
I first learned about the ML350 4matic from a best friend who purchased one back in 2009. He had returned from Iraq and bought one used his first day back in the U.S. He still has that car and it has 325K miles on it and it's running great still. That completely sold me on their reliability (at least for the gasoline engine, not the bluetec diesal). I've met several other ML owners who've experienced the exact same thing with their cars well over 200K and running strong. It's like an inside secret that they're one of the most durable SUV's ever made. Besides being extremely reliable (haven't had even a single issue go wrong), this car is a complete joy to drive everywhere (highway/city) in ANY kind of weather. I live in Denver and travel up to our mountains regularly, and this handles ice, snow, DEEP snow like it was nothing. It makes driving on icy snow-packed roads actually fun due to the confidence it inspires with it's AWD. In short, this is truly one of the best SUVs ever made by ANY manufacturer, and I've driven them all. I can't give it enough praise as it just does everything exceptionally well.

I found a few cars I liked online and ended up checking out 4 or 5 at differet dealerships that day. The service here just felt a lot more professional and honestly I care just as much about how Im treated as I do about the car itself, so thats a big reason I went with this place. Joel really knows it, he a real expert

Unfortunately I’m not buying a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Paramus, but was interacting with the customer service and the sales people via email and text and they were very accommodating and trying to help out with the purchase of a vehicle
2011 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
For a 2011 with 256,000 miles on it I can't complain. Only paid $3,800. Yes I had to put new suspension on front and back. Before I bought it they replaced the spark plugs, power steering pump, and the oil cooler seals. It runs great. It's still not perfect. It has a few minor glitches. Intermittent check engine light for catalytic if it inefficiency but not a big deal since where I live you don't have to have emissions check. Also when it's cold it tends to rev a little bit too high before shifting into second gear, but then it quickly normalizes. Shifts very smooth and has a lot of power... but it's an older car with a lot of miles so it's not something you'd want to give to a 16 year old. Has a small oil leak and I think I'll replace the water pump. But for a V8 I'm getting about 17 miles per gallon on the open highway which is pretty good.

I really hesitated to purchase a used vehicle till I came across this beautiful and clean and honest dealership I called Express Auto Mall on Monday made an appointment to look at the car on Wednesday when I get there at the car was ready to go waiting for me. I had a great feeling about the place since I talked to them on the phone. They were very generous to answer all my questions, I took the car for a test drive. It was no pressure to purchase at all. I came back. I talked to Mike. He was very nice and professional explain to me everything about the vehicle. We made a deal. I purchased the car and I’m very happy with it. I would like to thank Mike and his staff for the great service and the beautiful vehicle. They sold me. I will be shopping there again in a few months for my daughter’s first car

Sawmill Auto Sales review
CH1 from Queens NY, I have buying cars at Saw Mill Auto for over 20 years. If your interested in a slightly used or salvage vehicle, come to Saw Mill Auto and ask for Royce. He's very personable, honest and will guide you through the complete process with ease. I'd consider Royce, "Five Stars"... You won't be disappointed, as long as you know what your looking for and understand the condition of each car or truck in their inventory.

Jaguar Land Rover White Plains review
I purchased a new vehicle from Jaguar Land Rover White Plains, sight unseen, to be shipped to Florida. I want to thank their team for making this transaction as seamless as possible. The end result - a beautiful new Jaguar showing up at my home - was expertly facilitated by Cesare De Novellis, my New Car Sales point of contact. Thank You Cesare!
2013 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
Very comfortable car, good for all uses, i own the ML-350 AMG Sport and its got very good acceleration for a heavier suv, the diesel engine is quite pokey but smooth at the same time, its very capable of cruising at high speeds comfortably but still manages to handle well in comfort mode, the gear changes arent the fastest but still fairly quick, i assume they would be for the ML63, had a issue with the rear suspension, one of the better equipped cars on the road if you own one with a high spec of optional extras, amazing styling and interior center console is a bit of a pain when you drop anything small on it such as crumbs, the gaps are quite big so alot fall in them and is hard to clean out, good car would definitely recommend buying if your looking at one

AW Auto and Truck Wholesalers review
This place is the best!! Dale and Johnathon made this super easy for me, i have went to about 15 other dealerships and this place finally didn’t give me the run around!
2010 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
This car is great overall but only has one problem. I bought this car July 2023 for around 9k with 90k miles from Florida. The car was in perfect condition with only a minor things broken. From the beginning, I really liked the ride and some of the features like the back up camera. I have the regular ml350 not the diesel and mine is RWD. The only problem is the gas mileage and how much it costs to fill up. I usually drive around in the city about 85% of my driving and I get around 10-11 MPG while it said I am supposed to get around 16 MPG so that mean that I get around 240-260 miles of range on every tank which costs more or less 100$ from empty to full tank. This full tank lasts me 2 weeks and that's crazy expensive for a V6. This car eats gas like a V8. But that's really my only complaint apart from the fact that I changed a lot of the lights in this car because it keeps going out like tail lights and turns signals etc.

Great experience especially considering I purchased a 26 year old car. As such, there was only one issue and it was the key fob didn't work correctly, but the key would lock and unlock the doors. Jonathan made it right and reimbursed me the cost to have a new key cut and programmed. I will definitely look at AW in the future when it's time to buy another vehicle.
2005 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
I just baught a 2005 ML500 from a gambling buddy of mine for 700 dollars. It needed a egr valve and a spark plug change. They were the original plugs from the factory.Got everything replaced for 800 dollar s. I've never owned a Mercedes in my life. This car is so awesome, my wife and I are totally in love with it.I can say it's the best car we have ever owned, I'm never getting rid of it. Once again Mercedes has the best cars in the world. Thank you.. Lyn Field

My husband and I are two time customers, 8/25/26 we purchased a second car and so far so good. We recently bought back for them to replace the battery and they did with mo problems all is well, I recommend this dealership. Thanks Omar you're the absolute best, Greg was helpful as well.
2011 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
This is an update. I have had the car for nearly a year now and it's excellent! I bought it was $256,000 MI, replace the suspension, didn't oil change, and started using Chevron premium gas which took care of the catalytic converter light. Handles like new with four new tires. I also did a transmission fluid and filter change. Lots of power and at 60 MPH I get almost 20 miles per gallon. Not bad for the v8!

I reached out about a vehicle for my son. Bailey was quick to respond and was able to answer my questions. She connected me with Alex, who was an incredible salesman. Alex went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. He was professional and kind through the entire process. I was impressed with the whole experience. Every staff member we engaged with was professional and courteous. There was no stress and no pressure. My son is happy with his purchase. If was personally in the market for a new or new to me vehicle, I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Finally found the car I'd been looking for with BLUETEC diesel. Performance - top notch - still has passing gear/power available at 3 digits +! Interior is spacious and appointments with details are what I expect from Mercedes. Owned a '86 300D and sold it with 365K miles six years ago...it's still running smoothly for that 2nd owner. And, we got 29.8 mpg over first 500 miles today!

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

2014 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
Have a 14' ML 550, car was 70K new, this one with 65K miles was 27k pre owned. The vehicle is comfortable, deceivingly fast, and feels solid at highway speeds. I had been with BMW 15 years, but these M Class vehicles are more reliable overall and check more boxes with daily drivability. While BMW is certainly a driver's car, the cost to keep up is more. Tires that last only 25k, brakes @ 30k, oil leaks and so on. Audi Q5 is an inferior vehicle, smaller and has a choppy ride, especially on long trips and has a 4 cyl turbo which is loud, unless you get the SQ5. This is the 3rd M Class we have owned and had great reliability out of them into the 200k mile range. I don't see why this one won't as well. Very good ride on trips, has lane assist, active steering, collision avoidance, side cameras, parking sensors, and many other safety features. The 550 has a 4.7 twin turbo V8 that will run with the best on the road, a real sleeper with performance. Very smooth acceleration. Has a lot of features standard that are up charged on the ML350. These are a little hard to find since 75% that were sold were ML 350 V6 models. No substitute for engine size and power out on the highway. If you can pick one up, you will be satisfied, for sure.

2015 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
We looked for a smaller replacement for our 2000 Navigator (16 years and 234,000 miles) and finally chose a 2015 ML350. This is by far the best car we've owned in our 60+ years of existence. COmfortable, decent mileage, all the bells & whistles we need and the perfect size. Quick to freeway speed, cruises well at 80. Not looking to replace this one for a while. One caveat - maintenance is not cheap.
