Continental Toyota review
I had an incredible experience purchasing a car here! My sales agent, Ahmad, truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was kind, patient, professional, and transparent, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. He was very supportive and worked hard to make everything fit my needs. I really appreciated how approachable, honest, and helpful he was every step of the way. Everyone at Continental Toyota was excellent to work with when purchasing my new vehicle. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming from start to finish. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Continental Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

I dealt with Ray Romo at McGrath City Honda. From the moment I met him he and the staff were friendly and inviting. Helped complete a deal without any headache. Overall very satisfied with the process. Would look to them for future car purchases.
2019 MINI Convertible review
This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

2020 MINI Convertible review
We bought a used 2020 Cooper S convertible in December 2022 with only 6,000 mile on the odometer. It is a blast to drive! Don't plan on taking passengers unless they are very small children or pets. Looking forward to warmer weather and many cruises although we did put the top down and took a spin in it on Christmas day.

2019 MINI Convertible review
i figured this nimble convertible would be fun, and it is, but it is also reliable. 72k miles, virtually nothing but regular maintenance to date. I love driving it, as evidenced by my mileage. Radio, A/C and instruments are very good. my overall experience has been great. shortcomings: blind spot with top down. car chugs and lurches if you engage it withot counting to 10 when starting. dealer says no fix available. upright windshield shows a lot of tiny stars.

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

2023 MINI Convertible review
Still relatively new with just over 200mls, but a fun car to run around in. Comfortable ride and pretty zippy with the turbo. Quite surprised how roomy for a small car and can’t wait for a trip to see if it’s comfortable after a few hours in the car

I can count on realistic estimates of the duration of the visit which speaks to my team's experience. If I decide to wait for the car, the sales floor has a nice waiting area. If I needed to go elsewhere, e.g. lunch, they provide a ride for me. The team knows what it's doing and makes sure that I know it too.

Had an excellent experience of Fields Mini. My Salesman, Joe Salgan, was extremely helpful in helping get the right vehicle at a fair price, working through the logistics of delivery and trade-in, and setting up and explaining the features of the car. Also, the financing people were very professional, fast, and accommodating in getting the docs signed. s

CarMax Madison review
Starting the process for looking for a new to us van and CarMax was one of our stops. They had one we were really interested in, but between trade-in value and non-negotiable pricing (which we knew in advance) we realized it wouldn't fit our price range. Ryan was responsive, but not oppressive.
